There isn’t much of a reason to visit anymore, all of the stores are closed except for a couple and there’s only 2 restaurants left in the food court. It used to be really nice but COVID and online shopping killed it. The parking lot is good for parking in downtown Norfolk and then walking around, though.

The mall is dead. CPR won’t save it.

Parking lot is always completely trashed. Constantly smells like someone is hotboxing their car. Security rarely does anything to keep solicitors from placing fliers on your vehicle. Would recommend parking somewhere else if possible but everywhere else is much more expensive.
Additionally, maybe one elevator is working. These elevators have been down for OVER a year at this point.
DO NOT park here if you require any sort of assistance. Every single elevator is out of service.

We came to this mall last night from yorktown with our two granddaughters just to find out it was closed. No notice at all..The website advertising they were open till 8. We only found out after parking in the parking garage and mall doors locked
No signs saying closed. So many people were confused and going from door to door. The elevators were "out of order" so people using the stairs trying to get to an open door not understanding that this place was actually closed
We finally walk to the front of the mall and see a security guard who tells us through the glass that the mall was closed
We were all amazed and asking why thinking maybe a shooting or something
She said. "The weather." We were blown away. Wow. This mall hasn't got a chance.

A dying shell of its former self. I blame the anti business city of Norfolk for half of the problem and the rest on what's happening to malls around the country. If you're thinking about starting a business in Norfolk, just understand that the city government will fight with you, they will not protect you, and parking is a big problem

This mall is beautifully maintained and fun to walk around. The neon of the movie theater on the top floor is so cool looking. It's not crowded and is a little like a step back in time. But, it is lacking in businesses; lots of empty store fronts. The 757 art supply store is a highlight! Very cool. Also I got a free sample from the Japanese food place in the food court.

Don't spend your hard earned money at this mall. Worst in HR. Had my personal belongings stolen on black friday by a bunch of minors just looking for trouble. Go figire, busiest shopping day of the year and barely any security or response after the incident. This mall's a direct reflection of the quality of the area. Go somewhere else so this ghost town mall can officially close.

This mall is being revamped since the pandemic started. But the theater and eateries on the top level are really trendy!!!

The parking is ridiculous. It’s so many ways to get in this mall and very hard to get to just the main door.
I went and took my baby to take pictures with Santa. Let’s just say it was horrible.
Santa Claus was sitting on a purple chair no Christmas stuff to sit on. No Christmas music nothing, then the photographer didn’t have any help. My baby was looking all around the room because there was no one there to distract him or to look her way. It’s like they threw something together just taking people money for pictures and nothing looks right. it looked like Easter mixed with Christmas. If they are going to shut this mall down, they need to do so now.
