I came here for a Groupon l. Besides it being extremely musty in there- I had a 2:15 appointment. I’m assuming the “owner” allowed a lady come in acting like she had to use the bathroom and skipped me to squeeze this lady in. I “accidentally “ walked to the bathroom and seen her on the table, at this point it’s 2:45. Then had an attitude that I had an attitude I was skipped! “Just wait 5 minutes I’m fast”. Bye musty lady. And she purposely gave me the wackest wax. I wouldn’t go there if it was free

Not a good experience here! I don’t trust anyone doing my eyebrows but I happen to check this place out and I told the lady at the front desk I would like eyebrows thread clean up. She asked me several times to wax I repeatedly told her NO, my leg was shaking as she was threading and I was very uncomfortable on how she was threading, I continually had to explain to her how I wanted my eyebrows. She changed the shape of my eyebrows and I told her take your time im not in any rush. I’m guessing she wasn’t so experienced in threading but never again will I go back. On top of that, the price was not even worth going there.

Everyone person on the staff is super friendly and efficient. I only get my eyebrows threaded here and have been going here for about 3 years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. They have a membership deal where you get money off of each time I get my eyebrows done. Love this place!!!

The decor is very nice and thr salon has always been clean every time I've visited. However, and this is a big HOWEVER....the little lady who works on the right side chair is the worse. Not only did she completely change the shape of my eyebrows, she removed the hair from the end of my eyebrow. To make matters worse, she damaged my skinI have 13 abrasions THAT WERE BLEEDING, from her threading. She sucks.Service: Eyebrow threading

I went in for eyebrow threading today. The lady seemed inexperienced and my eyebrows do not look alike whatsoever. Usually when I get it done, it’s not as painful as it has been today. Every time I’ve come here, they take off half of my eyebrow when I ask for a CLEAN UP. The shape of my eyebrows are ruined and I look like I drew on thin sharpie marker eyebrows on my face. And I STILL had to pay after she ruined them. I tried to call and talk to a manager after and it went straight to answering.Service: Eyebrow threading
