i’d go back, Josh who was on in the AM was super friendly and not pushy for sales he did let me know about the extra trade in credit for two or more games and other standard ad i’m sure gamestop has them say but otherwise just felt natural friendly customer service which is always nice and was eager to help me with any questions or help finding anything

It was totally worth driving further to this gamestop. I have an eight year old son who earned his own money to pay for what he wanted. The staff made us feel comfortable and not rushed. They took time to help my son with his earnings and very knowledgeable about the game he plays.

Good place to purchase games from. Ask for Lawrence. He is very knowledgeable on all gaming systems and games. He will go the extra mile to help you out on selecting a good game. He is located at the Little creek Game stop.

Horrible customer service. This was the first & last time I go to a early release for a pre order. I paid off my pre order 6 hours before the release & didn't know I "needed" my receipt to even get the game. I'm not going to blame the guy who helped me earlier because it was his first day. I had a family member who use to work for the company & told me how their early release is done saying I didn't need my "receipt" when they needed to look up my receipt by phone number to confirm it's me. I walked in & the guy asked for my receipt & when I told him no I didn't & that he can look it up by my phone number he got upset with me while other guests were in the store & started giving me attitude. I work for costumer service & we are told to not always trust a receipt for a purchase when it can be easily taken from someone or be forgotten somewhere in the street. We live in a world that not everyone is honest or kind, I've dealt with guest that find a receipt in the parking lot & go in the store & look for what the person bought & return it for cash. I have other pre orders at this location & after this experience I want to just change locations.

Lawrence, while knowledgeable could perhaps change his customer service tone a little bit. Not everyone is a gamer or understands as such.
