This has become one of the best Food Lions in Norfolk, now IF they can just clean up that outside. The store inside is great, immaculately clean, and it has a very good selection of healthy options, excellent deli and bakery items. If they could just clean up the outside of this store, this would be the best Food Lion in the area!!!!!

I just gave the nearby Aldi's a 4 star review, because the owner/manager is having his employees take photos of the results of the dysfunctional Instacart App. Your turn, Food Lion. Show accountability and Responsibility.

Please open up more registers! This has been my grocery store for 7 years, I've watched less and less assistance happen at check out. Long lines with no one being called to the front to help. Today, when this same frustration happened, the lady working customer service said, "Well, this is all we got. How it is." Food Lion, please recognize you have a problem and remedy it.

Every time I go in here, half of the female cashiers only seems to say hello to certain people. Never once did they say hello to me or ask me how I'm doing or have a conversation. Even if I say hello and try to start one.

I enjoy shopping at food lion for the prices etc. This food lion on E. Little Creek Rd especially because it has a great cashier there named 'Donesha' (spellchk). My husband and I visit all the local Food Lions. Store #0557 is our favorite due to location, cleanliness, atmosphere and prices,also the cashiers are polite. We've encountered Donesha(after I asked her name) a few times. Shes awesome every single time. She greets you but isnt overly chatty like a lot of them at grocery stores. She stays about her business of totaling your items and shes fast. She can teach other cashiers how it should be done. I dislike waiting on lines because the cashier is chatty or has a bad attitude and only greets 'certain' customers. Thanks -Donesha for making our weekly visits great when we check out on your line.

I used to love this place, cashier's are nice but it's dirty, poorly stocked. Guy in produce section oblivious to the way he has things blocked. Lots of trash in front of store. Sad.

Self checkout cashier doesn't believe in digital receipts. Having to file a $55 chargeback via my bank because I was only allowed to get the groceries I had a physical vs email receipt for. Didn't even want my groceries after the fact. This location really needs to step it up
