The staff is always polite and friendly. No pushy people trying to meet sales goals just honest professionals.

This location is usually really good about properly taking care of my car. They typically do a full inspection to look at potential problems and catch them before they become a problem. I've been using this location for my cars since 2006. I have been to some other places but I always come back here.

These people are shady. They actually cut a bolt off The wrong tire then when I brought it to their attention which I had it on camera I had to go through a little arguing just to get it fixed. I will never use this place again you shouldn’t either.

The repair took a little longer than promised, but I also understand the issue with the parts. I had my thermostat changed but the technician did not put coolant back into my vehicle. Overall, I will continue to take my car to Firestone because they were honest about the mistakes they made.

Disastrous Experience with Firestone - Unprofessionalism at Its WorstI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Firestone that has left me frustrated, stranded, and facing significant financial burdens. I spent around $2000 to have my AC condenser replaced, and the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, I visited the Granby St. location multiple times, spending around $800 in total, only to be informed that they couldn't install the condenser and that I needed to go to the Military HWY location. This lack of communication between their own branches wasted both my time and money. The real nightmare began when the condenser was incorrectly installed at the Military Hwy location. Not only did Firestone fail to execute a basic installation properly, but the negligence extended to damaging my transmission oil cooler line in the process. This resulted in a complete leak of my transmission oil, leaving me stranded in North Carolina with a damaged transmission.I had to seek help from a GM service center to repair the damage caused by Firestone's incompetence. The GM service center discovered the incorrectly installed condenser, further highlighting the lack of attention to detail by Firestone technicians. The cost of repairing the oil cooler line was substantial, and Firestone, after admitting fault, only offered to reimburse me for the amount I paid in NC to fix it; no other compensation was offered. This situation has left me with a ruined transmission, a substantial financial burden to replace it, and the need to hire a lawyer to address the damages caused by Firestone's negligence. The offer from Firestone to cover the transmission repair cost feels like a mere token gesture given the magnitude of the issues they caused.Overall, I am deeply upset with Firestone for their unprofessionalism and the substantial financial and emotional toll this experience has taken on me. I strongly caution others against entrusting their vehicles to Firestone based on my disastrous encounter with this service center.

I have a 2017 Nissan Frontier, 43000 miles. Came here for a full synthetic oil change, was charged over $100 for 4.9 quarts and I was told to come back in 3000 miles. There hasn't been a 3000 mile oil change for full synthetic since the early 2000's. They also quoted me $100 for replacement of engine air filter and cabin air filter. I won't be coming back for anything but tires because they are under warranty here. Their services are too expensive.Service: Oil change

I hit a curb and popped my tired. I went to this Firestone after being turned away by 4 other tire store because they didn't want to deal with my warranty company. At first, the gentleman said they couldn't help me until the morning, but he saw the distress in my face and offered to help. I was literally walking back to my car and the guy ran me down and was like, "I see it I. Your face you really need help. Come on in. I got you." This wad despite the garage being full, mind you. They were extremely patient with me while I dealt with the warranty company giving me the run around. They even stepped in and spoke to the warranty company so I could get out of there faster. The gentleman at the desk went way above and beyond to help me... a total stranger. World class customer service! They made a loyal customer!

I always take my car here to have it serviced. I have not had any issues with this place whatsoever. They even check over stuff that you don't ask them to, but I'm glad they do that because they end up finding other things that you might need fixed. I am satisfied with the service I've received from them.
