This store usually has all the little knick knacks that I need ! The line is kind of long when you go in but the cashiers will come up and help one another !

I came in to return my salt and vinegar lays chips because they were definitely not salt and vinegar or either stale with receipt and was told they cannot do anything with that and store sometimes closes at way before 10

This location's management sucks. And when I say sucks, I mean it in the biggest and most ghetto way. Today I went into the store, since it's the closest to my house that carries grocery items, and I picked up a few snack/soda items. I waited in the line and got to the register where the "manager" was ringing customers up next to another young lady who was the "cashier". My items came up to just over 18 dollars and I only had 17 and some change left on my health insurance flex card. I went into the bags he had already rung up and asked him to remove ONE ITEM. He responded with the worst attitude, saying he'd rather void the whole transaction and let the young lady ring me up, since he was the "manager" and was only ringing things up in order to help her out. This is typical of this location and I've witnessed this same manager get rude and ghetto with customers, most of whom are like me and on limited budgets. I left every item there and didn't make ANY purchase and I will never return to this store because the manager who works there is simply an idiot and doesn't need to be in that position. With the amount of theft that they experience he should be happy that I was waiting in line and actually paying for my items and not just walking out with them like many of the neighborhood kids and adults do. They need to change up their team. ASAP. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

A woman by the name of Lauren W. who is the field specialist, according to her tag, had a very unnecessary, nasty attitude towards me when I asked her where I could find a specific organic product that I seen online would be available. I uploaded a video of our interaction to TikTok but it taken down and seen as a violation. That is how bad your employee talked to me and treated me. I am WAY too upset to call and speak about this but I ado plan on calling later and as of right now, I will like to file a complaint!

Overall, the store is not bad and most of the cashiers are pleasant. However, I just had an experience where one of your older cashiers 1) quoted an incorrect total, 2) was eating while waiting on customers and 3) had an attitude (facial expression) when I questioned the total she quoted me. I'm not a "Karen", but things could have went to the left if I had matched her energy!!
