A woman by the name of Lauren W. who is the field specialist, according to her tag, had a very unnecessary, nasty attitude towards me when I asked her where I could find a specific organic product that I seen online would be available. I uploaded a video of our interaction to TikTok but it taken down and seen as a violation. That is how bad your employee talked to me and treated me. I am WAY too upset to call and speak about this but I ado plan on calling later and as of right now, I will like to file a complaint!

Overall, the store is not bad and most of the cashiers are pleasant. However, I just had an experience where one of your older cashiers 1) quoted an incorrect total, 2) was eating while waiting on customers and 3) had an attitude (facial expression) when I questioned the total she quoted me. I'm not a "Karen", but things could have went to the left if I had matched her energy!!

Well stocked. More than I can say for a few other Family Dollar locations. Whenever I go there's never much of a line and it moves fast. This could just be coincidental whereas it is also possible for some else to have the opposite experience which as well could be simple chance of coincidence, but this is only my review...
