They aren't very friendly at all. Ive been in a few times and they didnt even talk to me when ringing me up. I also bought milk today and when i got home i realised it was 7 days expired. The store itself has great options for holiday decorations and snacks though.

Clean store, pretty much have all the things I need, but terrible staff and customer service is horrible at time. Manger and staff both need in improvement Whittier customer.

Don't get any electronics without testing them beforehand. Had 2 sets of earbuds not work and they won't do a refund since the box is opened. They didn't mention this policy, it wasn't on the product, and not on the receipt. When asked they tapped a sign that was behind the register facing them. Asked if I wanted to exchange for the same item and I said no. This is the second set that came broken and I don't want to do it again. Asked for in store credit and they said no. Just don't buy electronics for family dollar

Tons and tons of odds and ends for the home. They even carry some dairy goods like cheese/cold cuts and milk. Home goods like candles and holiday decorations as well!

Clean, organized, always great customer service. The selection here is always much better than the Dollar General nearby. They have everything you could need. Like a small supermarket, but without the crowd.The guy, who I think is a manager, is super friendly and clearly cares about his store. I’ll have to catch his name the next time we’re there. He consistently provides great customer service.
