I don't even know where to start with how absolutely amazing Angel Hill is as a realtor. Her attitude and personality really complimented me and we worked so well together. She never gave up on getting me into my home. She is an absolute GEM!!
This was my first time purchasing a home and there were times where I was completely defeated thinking I would never find a place. Angel kept checking in on me and offering words of encouragement. She went to bat for me against sellers and in the end, got me my dream home! She was so fast to get viewings scheduled, working late hours when no one asked her to. She is beyond an exceptional person to work with. From issues with inspections, delay in repairs, and being overbid, I truly cannot thank her enough for working through it all with me.
Her and Dana were a dream team.

Exit has great support services for property management. They manage (2) of my properties keeping my tenents happy (Kimberly, Cedric, and Phyllis). This agency also assisted me with my current home (Phyllis), so they are also are great realtors.

My husband and I were blessed to have had Phyllis Willoughby as our realtor. we went to Exit realty in the first week of April and joyfully found, and closed on our new home before the end of May. Ms. Cynthia Garrett is a very knowledgeable realtor who kept me encouraged and motivated to sell my home. She kept me abreast of all sales in my community and provided a strategy which got my large home sold in five months during a time when interest rates were constantly up and down. She even provided licensensed and knowlegeable contractors who completed the work needed to be done as requested by my buyer. She also provided the name of a moving company to help me get my possessions out of the house without incident. I was very fortunate and blessed to have Ms. Cynthia as my realtor when I purchased and sold my property. She is the best and cares about the seller as much as she does about their home. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

I must be honest, my experience buying a home with Exit Realor was very disappointing. The realtor was not experienced in selling homes or communicating was the client. She was at times unresponsive to calls and texts. The list of repairs did not get to the previous owner in time for them to do Any repairs. She did paid for a few repairs after closing due to her negligence getting the paperwork done, however;
several repairs did not get completed. For example, the smoke detector, back steps, water heater, etc. I am now have the repairs getting completed. I can only speak to my experience with this realtor company was not a good experience.

My experience with Exit Realty Central have been nothing but the best. Mrs.Holley was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with buying a house and she was very helpful. At times when I wanted to quit she kept me going. She is definitely a go getter. She would always keep me in the loop and explain things every step of the way. I give her 5 stars if it wasn't for her I wouldn't of made it through this journey.

We’ve sold many homes, but Wanda has made this time around very easy for us. She’s been excellent. Her constant communication is exceptional. She made sure we understood and were comfortable with our decisions and she worked and continues to work relentlessly for/with us. We 10/10 recommend.
