After a turbulent 24 day of travel, misdirection, cancelations, and a last minute final destination diversion. I ended up in DC instead of Norfolk. I was able to check for, select, book, and rush out to the rental place, drive down the Hampton roads, and turn it it. Quickly, and fast, with munital customer service rep interaction.

Quick pick-up and drop-off, car was great for our needs for a short stay, counter was easy to find, as was the pick up and drop off locations. I want to specifically recognize Yanna for awesome customer service!

I experienced great customer service by the entire staff at the desk. Rocky answered all my questions and even asked if I was going through any tolls. When I return to Norfolk, I will definitely be using this Enterprise location.

Could not tell my 70+ yr old mom whether seats were heated or not. Told her to downstairs to where the rentals were and look in the lot herself.

Brother and Sis in law accidentally locked the keys in the truck outside the hospital where SIL just gave birth. Enterprise said “someone would call back immediately to assist” no one called and left them stranded in the parking lot for 5 hours with no help. Had to get the car towed back to the house, emphasizing again with a newborn baby. Called customer service who told us to pay $200 to have the car towed to the service area, but wouldn’t tell us where that is and that the tow company would know.Losers.Editing to update: After nearly 8 hours of multiple locksmiths coming out with the wrong tools, having the car towed back to the house, and dealing with horrible customer service - Caleb at this branch came through and saved the day!! Offered to reimburse all towing/locksmith expenses and sent someone asap to the house to fix it. Thank you so much Caleb - give this man a raise.

We recently rented a car from Enterprise at the Norfolk Airport when we visited Newport News when my mom passed away. The car was a late model Nissan Sentra, and was clean and had great safety features. The staff was friendly and very quick during pickup and drop off. We highly recommend Enterprise.

The worst enterprise to rent from. Seriously don’t bother with this location. The employees always have an attitude, they are not very accommodating and they overcharge for their rentals with no explanation

The rental car was making intermittent noise when in reverse. So I took it with half a tank of gas to be exchanged and was charged $129.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful and the sister Company National is just as bad while talking with her about renting a car she cut me off 4 times to answer her phone and then she got off the phone the 4th time and said that was her co-worker at enterprise and she said not to rent to me because I simply ask why the other enterprise companies in the city charge a $300 deposit and they charge $400 which doesn’t matter to me because it’s just a deposit and I will get it back but for whatever reason she took offense to the question!!!!! You guys really need to hire better help not to mention she was playing with her lip piercing the whole time talking with me!!!!!! Absolutely Disgusting Behavior!!!!!!

They could not get a car for me (did not have cars), called 7 other branches around, received the same answer.Thank you, I thought at first that this company would stand for their promise to deliver great service, I am really disappointed and had to rent with Hertz instead.

The car I got smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it, had scratches too which I took pictures to protect myself. They switched the car 2 days later because I couldn’t take the smell anymore. Then I returned the car on a Saturday didn’t get a printed receipt said I would get it emailed never got one so I called them. Turns out car was showing like I still had it when I had dropped it at 8 am, then they said it would be taken care and a supervisor would call me never got a call. Called back again was transferred to be told they couldn’t close it and I had to wait. 2 days later I get receipt my rental had been extended and charged extra time. Called again total 8 times to have it closed and removed as if I still had the car. Never got a call from any supervisor, now shows like I didn’t rent the car nor get points credited for rental! Very upset because it’s the second bad experience with them in 2 different airports because I travel for work and it’s corporate account!

I came here to rent a car for a family emergency and the manager Jeremy and the lady working at the front desk named Abby was very rude to me and making me feel poor because I didn't have a credit card when the rental was paid with Collison damage coverage. It made me feel very uncomfortable. They treated me horrible when I was trying to prevent my nieces from going into foster care.
