You won’t find a friendlier team in the area. We are so fortunate to have Emma and her family here in the Hampton roads area.

This is the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. My suits after the service is very wrinkle and with stains still on my clothes. And to make it worse, it was cash only. Everyone doesn’t keep cash on them.

I called in the morning the day of an anniversary dinner. Emma’s was the only called I needed to make. I cannot remember if the woman who helped me was named Marie or Michelle (chalk it up to the stress of the day, trying to have everything come together perfectly), but she was fabulous. She flawlessly repaired the split seam in a pair of pants in less than an hour, and relieved some of my anxiety. She deserves all the stars.

Cash only system is ridiculous it’s 2024. Heaven forbid you don’t have your slip, they’ll treat you like garbage if you don’t have it. Not my fault you take names and numbers but don’t file alphabetically like 90% of dry cleaners. Go somewhere else they suck

Dropped my uniform off on Friday for dry cleaning and had some alternations (patches) done to my uniform which I paid ~23 dollars for both. Went back Monday and gave them my slip told me I had not paid yet. Terrible cash only system with no way to prove I paid the first time. I guess write up a contract to get your things done here or you will have to pay multiple times. Surely did like this place until this happened.

Got the patches for a pair of coveralls (patches ordered from NEX) sewn on within a half hour for a fraction of what the NEX would charge. Emma is a real one!

Very disappointing and a total waste of time and money. I took three pairs of uniform pants in and the first time the creases were horrible. I took them back to get redone and they still were a bit uneven and required touch ups on my part. I expected more from a cleaner so close to base.

I was forward deploying within 3 days and in need of some USN uniforms with name tags, USN tag sewn on. The NEX would charge additional fee for rush orders and tell me to come back after a few days. I took everything here being referred by a USN Chief whom I know, they made everything happened wonderfully and timely. They did all for me right away on site. I waited and picked up my uniforms as a happy camper. An A+ for their services.

These are the kindest people you will ever find working any industry, never have I been so grateful too any buisness or person. Please if any sailors or person in the area in general needs services such as these go too this shop, even if your a ways away it's worth the drive!
