Kaitlyn was very helpful and constantly updated me with the progress of my repairs. The quality of work was excellent as well. I’m very impressed and glad I chose Classic to get the job done! They turned a bad situation into a great outcome 10/10

Horrible communication. I was told my vehicle would be ready on two separate dates, called today and they said they were waiting on a screenshot from my insurance. The second time they told me a later date I asked if they could give me a heads up on the vehicle if there were any other events that could delay the completion of my vehicle. What's sad is I was told about the customer service and I still went anyway because I figured I would give them a chance. NEVER AGAIN

Brought my car there for a crack in my bumper. Upon completion of the work, that part looked great BUT they broke the cup cover in the interior of my car, the gasket around the rear window is gone and the passenger side door opened one time and then stopped. They took the door off for paint blending and reinstalled it wrong and then claimed that the wire was frayed when in fact they hooked it up wrong. They then tried to call my insurance company for more money for something that they did wrong. I fixed my door myself. Inspect your car before you leave. These people did great body work but messed up a lot more than what it was worth.Service: Body & Trim

Everything went well with my repair and having enterprise right on site was definitely convenient. The only issue I had with this location was that I felt that the person handling communication was leading me on, he kept texting saying my car was almost done and I would call the following day and be told it would be multiple more days, I just felt like I wouldn't have the expectations that I kept creating in my head if he just waited to reach out until my car was genuinely "ready." Still very happy with work done and customer service of all employees that I encountered!

Update; the intake process was smooth.Got my car back and they did a phenomenal job.David did an excellent job with the additional buffing of my lights.Kaytlin communicated with me throughout the ENTIRE process. She is super helpful and I would work with her again if needed.Thank you so much for making this the easiest part of recovering from my accident.

Had my Corolla in for a collision claim through GEICO. The customer service was exceptional. Tom kept me updated every single step of the way. Was honest and communicated all aspects of my repairs. The technicians did a phenomenal job and it looks better than it did before.Hopefully I never have to file and insurance claim again but if I do, I’ll be going back here
