BEST DOLLAR TREE W/BABY SECTION EVER!!! : ) I came and bought tones of baby items here, they have everything I needed for ($1.25).

Some people do not need to be managers!!! Columbus the manager at the Dollar Tree in Janaf Norfolk, VA, if you or your boss read this just let them know that you may need to go through some more customer service training. I understand that you do your job by following the rules, which is not the issue, giving your customers a hard time to exchange a $1.25 is insane! Even after I showed you my two receipts to make the even exchange…you still made the transaction unbearable!!! So now I will be bringing you all your items back tomorrow. I love shopping at Dollar Tree but you are giving them a bad name. I wish I could have given you zero stars!

Really clean super surprised. Ive been in some struggling stores. Poor lady at register looked so tired but was still nice. I liked the mix of the family dollar dollar store mix but then started to feel like I was in a cramed big lots. Over all was 9 out of 10

ALWAYS find more than I need in there lol. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Then One of the ladies even watched me walk to my car since it was dark and late.

Always only "ONE" line open, waiting forever!They always have a good selection. Now that they joined with Family dollar they have more employees but still one cashier.
