While this is a great company, I received the absolute worst customer service ever. The man I talked to at the little creek location interjected so many times I wondered if I was listening to an automated service or if his line was extremely delayed. He sounded like the guy on the clear eyes commercial in the 90’s. And to add insult to injury while I was expressing my concern he asks do I want to pay by card and what’s the number? I definitely want to deplete my policy behind this!!!!!!!!

Had an issue with proof of insurance with the dmv. Even though I was not still a customer, they handled the issue correctly, saved me about $700 if I couldn't resolve it. The lady did a good job
