Decorum has been my “go to” for decades. Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. Not only does Decorum have the best staff, they have the best inventory. I always find what I need there. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the furniture.

All around excellent experience choosing a media cabinet. Our initial questions were answered promptly via text by Carlos, after which we visited the showroom to view the options. We were greeted by Al who pointed us in the right direction. And then we toured the entire place…which is delightfully stocked with interesting pieces, leaving us contemplating our next purchase! Highly recommended.

The sales team are pretty helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They greet you when you arrive and even thank you when you leave. Unlike some shops, they don't push or hassle you, which makes the experience pleasant. Additionally, their products are of high quality.

My wife and I were at Decorum today looking at desks for my office, and we had a great experience!
As always the staff were completely wonderful and welcoming, and the store super clean and easy to navigate.
Walter helped us today, and his knowledge and advice is second to none. He answered all of my questions and helped my wife and I decide what finish would work in my office.
If you're looking for some high quality, beautiful, and or unique furniture for your home, Decorum is the place to go!
Walter, if you're reading this thank you very much, you're a baller! If Walter's boss is reading this he deserves a raise, and a bonus! ;)

My wife and I experience at Decorum Furniture began with Mark introducing himself and welcoming us. Mark was very professional. He showed us very select pieces of furniture that met our size requirements and taste.
Carlos continued the same high level of service. Carlos provided additional product information regarding select furniture pieces, if desired could be ordered from specific vendors.
Both Mark and Carlos are great assets to Decorum Furniture. We greatly appreciate the service.

Awesome experience! Impeccable service! I was referred by a friend, and went in to have a look.
Al took the time to show me around, explain, and give me several options to choose from. He followed up with me afterwards until I made my choice. The payment process was seamless, i didn't have to go back into the store… received a text, clicked on it, and boom… all done! Looking forward to delivery, and the next time!

Cam at Decorum is absolutely phenomenal! He takes the time to listen and meet your needs. He provides great advice when it comes to working with funky spaces and is super personable. I personally finding decorating to be stressful but he’s been nothing but professional and knowledgeable about design and furniture which has made this process much easier. The whole staff here in the Ghent area has been nothing but wonderful and strives to make sure their clients are well taken care of! Highly recommend them for sure! -THANKS CAM!

Just came in to look around for some furniture for my wife and I when we move into our new house. As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by Cam who showed me around and was extremely knowledgeable of every piece I expressed interest in. I was not only very impressed by the size of the store and their beautifully designed pieces, but even more so by the prices! I had a feeling going in that everything would be way overpriced, but to my surprise, the prices were very reasonable. So, I snapped a few photos of what I liked to show my wife before I bring her back with me next week, and bought a beautiful lamp before I left.
All in all, amazing store, amazing products, and amazing customer service. 5 stars!
