Love my CVS pharmacy store when I come to Virginia I come to the one on popular Hall and military highway, always clean always clean courteous people always greet me when I come in very very good service when I come there and I can see everything so nice and bright in there and has a good sense love the way it smells in here very good sense though love a good smelling stuff if it don't smell good I won't be in there, but y'all store is always been good ,so anybody say anything different they just being mean cuz this is a very good clean store courteous people here got good team here I can truly say that I left Norfolk Virginia 6 years ago and I've been coming back yearly, always get my personal item from this store thank you CVS pharmacy

The drive up pharmacy window is always closed due to being short staffed. Most of the staff are not very friendly and just are trying to service you and get you out the way. But I guess that is due to possibly being overworked when they don’t have the staff!

Nice staff in person but you can never ever ever ever ever get them on the phone when you really need them. a few times I’ve for nearly 30 minutes. Once I called from my car in the parking lot, and after 15 minutes I walked in still on hold to find available employees ignoring incoming calls. It’s incredibly offensive to treat customers this way.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I've seen total disregard for calls while waiting on line at the pharmacy. Drive through close during pharmacy hours. This store is in desperate need of staff. My prescription wasn't filled for over a week. Had to go to another CVS. Wasn't notified of progress of my prescription. Medications are critical and this pharmacy is not supplying medications in a reasonable time.

Go back to the stand or service that CVS was known for. Your company is currently hiring rude, lazy, and un customer focused associates and managers it's absolutely ridiculous. And they are not putting the merchandise on the sales floor. I asked for a rain check from the cashier them had to wait about 4 min for a Management person to appear. Who then had to go to the stock room to get the items. She proceeded to tell me everything is in the backroom. It took over 10 mins from the start of my checkout to completion. This store is operating like a low rate corner store and it should beembarrassing for a Company that used to set the bar for service.

I will never use any other pharmacy!they are by far the best team of professionals I've ever encountered in a pharmacy. They ALL know my name and they also know that my situation is a bit different, they have always been so kind and compassionate. They go far above and beyond just filling medications for their patients. I recommend this location to everyone I know.

I can't take it anymore! The last three times I've been there the drive through pickup window was closed. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, then a trend, and the third time? Someone is either too lazy, short-staffed, or short-sighted to do the job. I tried calling to see if maybe there are certain hours the drive-through window is open and they wouldn't pick up the phone, either. I was on hold for over 15 minutes, until my Office Manager came in and asked me what's up. I know they close for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00 but each time I was well outside that range. Anyway, I can't get around very well to walk through the store so I'm going to have to transfer my scripts to a store that functions as it should. And with that in mind, their online prescription transfer service isn't user-friendly either. I just want to transfer everything somewhere else but I have to have each Rx number to get the job done. I'd have blown a gasket if, after 20 minutes of awful 'on-hold' music the technician refused to transfer my scripts because I didn't have all the numbers handy. Before today I'd probably give them three stars. They got the job done but I never really felt like they cared about their jobs or the customers that make their jobs possible.

Stores supposed to open at 7 AM… I’ve been sitting here for a while, and the store isn’t open and there’s not a single person in the building, on a normal business dayUpdate… One lady finally showed up… And she was very pleasant… And apologize… But none of the rest of the staff showed up

It was very important to get my prescription refilled and this CVS was able to do so in a timely manner excellent customer service!!!

The pharmacy is horrible, still not open an hour after they’re supposed to open. 10AM on a Monday, no pharmacist, after CVS gave me an automated call to say my prescription is ready. People rely on their pharmacies and CVS obviously cares nothing about patients, consumers, or humans.

Here at 7:10 store still not open when they said it opens at 7 really needed something and they let me down from being closed, no one was inside and no one was even in the parking lot. Just change the hours if you not gonna be here on time
