This is the worse managed possible store. The doors are open and there is absolutely no employees to assist customers. But I bate they have a ton of cameras to say someone is stealing. The pharmacy is closed so it is a useless building in a community and is a waist of space. I will tell everyone I know to stay out no empolees and your store is closed.

Zero stars. Asked for the pharmacy. Was told that my medicine wasn't in stock (expected it's a specialty medicine) Asked what the wait time was. Was told they don't know. They just order daily and it come in when it comes in. I asked for a ballpark. Same answer. I told her that my CVS in Manassas can tell me. She got an attitude and said that it can't be done and I couldn't speak to the pharmacist or anyone else. So I called Lafayette. They were very helpful. Told me wait times are generally pretty short but they were unsure because it was a specialty medicine. So they transferred me to the pharmacist. She said it usually takes one day and I should call tomorrow to make sure it came in.

This location consistently RUINS pictures. My pictures are either not ready at the scheduled time, or I get back pictures with heads cropped out of the photo. The photo department at this ⁷location needs a complete overhaul.

I swear I have wasted more time at this CVS than all of the theme parks and banks and DMVs I've ever sat in combined. CVS has systematically gutted their quality and their support for staff so much that even though the people working at this location are perfectly nice it might as well be staffed only by two broken Roombas for all the help you get, in store or at the pharmacy. If there was another pharmacy within 20 minutes of my house it would be worth the drive every week. Don't even bother with the drive thru. NEVER bother with the drive thru, however tempting it may be.

I cannot imagine a more poorly run pharmacy. Ever since Dr. Reid left the place has gone to trash. Do not waste your time or risk your health here.

Convenient because it’s close for basic things, but avoid the pharmacy at all costs. Delays with time sensitive meds, poor customer service and long lines, with the drive through closed often

Terrible pharmacy service. Barely know how to speak to me. I travel for a living and my two prescriptions should have transferred easily. Instead it has taken three days to process them and now I’m here on my last day in town and there is no pharmacist. It’s been 40 minutes at the time of this review and the pharmacist has not shown up. Looks like I will have to transfer them all over again in my next city. Lost over $20 in Lyft fares getting here, too! Don’t move your prescriptions here! You’ve been warned!

I had my daughter’s scripts transferred here as it is the closest pharmacy to ODU. Every time I call there is a minimum 20 minute hold time up to almost an hour. Her scripts have not been filled in a timely manner. I called another local pharmacy to see if they could get her scripts transferred to their store and they said they would not call the CVS on Hampton Ave bcz no one ever answers! This is unacceptable for heath care.

This pharmacy sucks. It’s not there lunch time and I’ve been on the phone on two line one 2:30 mins and another line 55 mins. It’s not lunch time and they aren’t picking up. The drive thru is always shut down due to short staff but they put a note on the window saying the drive thru register is down that’s not true hire coat told me the real reason. Line is super long and they always have an attitude in here. Something needs to be done this is the worst cvs I’ve ever been too unfortunately I’m pregnant and disabled so it’s convent for me but I can’t even get out my car and go inside so my prescriptions sit there. When you call to get them filled they say it will take 30 mins and you wait over a hour.
