I have no issue with the store itself just the overall service itself is horrible i will be switching very soon and this us coming from someone who has been with them for almost a decade or so. Im done

Ambiance was great, the music was fantastic, almost had the wrong thing, but the rest of the staff was friendly enough to help out. They kept offering a dog speaker for some reason.... I lied and told them I was a cat person, but I do prefer dogs, as shown below. I give them 5 out of 5. Shout out to the girl who was only a week in for having to deal with a bad customer

I visited this location for quite a while now. When they first opened up this suite, it was more consistent in how it managed its customers and the communication was more effective. The staff even seemed to be more knowledgeable and helpful in finding a solution based on your circumstance.Now, the staff is required to complete less activities in the store and do more directing you to someone else. It makes doing business less personable. The staff are less alert and do not seem to be working as team members as well as they used to. The items in the store are limited as well. And all of this has nothing to do with COVID. I am referring to 2019 and before that year.

they don't deserve any stars. Asia set up a new plan and ripped me off by saying i "refused " a free phone that was associated with my new account I purchased. the current phone i brought her apparently wasn't compatible SO WHY WOULDN'T I WANT THE NEW PHONE SO I COULD ACTUALLY MAKE CALLS. She told management that i refused a free new phone aside from mine multiple times.... id think if my phone didn't work that the new phone that i was suppose to get for free, would. She told me on the phone directly "you didn't ask for the free phone".

This rating is not on this store only, it's on Crickets overall service. First, phone lost service, no signal at all. Went to store, but before I got there, got signal back. Asked what was going on, answer was, everyone has been having the same problem. Next day, same thing happened. Called Cricket, person who answered, I could not understand what they were saying, so I called back. That person reset SIM card multiple times, still no service, so they told me to go to a store to see if they could fix problem. As I was going to store, got signal back. Store informed me all they do is sell phones. Next morning, no signal again, called and again they could not fix problem. Got tired of the run around, so I switched carriers. Cricket customer no more. Still no sure what the issue was. Heard that the towers were being worked on, if that was the case, would have been nice to be informed.
