Rude rude rude! Cannot be bothered when they open at 10. At 10:15 sent me to the tidewater store. Didn’t even unlock the door. She put a note on the glass in my face and walked away! I don’t really want to continue service if they treat us like this. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap but insurance is as much as a phone if you file a claim and they don’t open the store on time.

Amelia Medina, the support specialist there was very helpful in getting me the phone I love along with setting me up with the right protection and coverage. She put in my phone case and screen protector for me which shows craftsmanship and care for the products sold. Thank you Amelia for being a big help!

Thank you TK for your exceptional customer service! But I have add that Michael’s was great also, he was on point with upgrading our phone! In fact all of the young folks were welcoming and attentive! I can not leave out any of them! It’s so good to walk into a store and find these young employees are about their business and they don’t behavied as if they are on a break! Cricket you have a wonderful group of young people in your janaf Norfolk va store!

The guy who was working with me was handling 3 customers and was doing a good job. Then his boss a female came in and started fussing at him, instead of helping. To the guy who helped me great job!! To his boss don't talk to your employees that way

Prior to coming to this store, my mom and I attempted to switch our numbers over to a Cricket account on their website - this did not go well. We then went to this store to get it sorted out, where the representative there (Derrick), helped us get things straightened out. Despite every bump in the road, error code, and me and my mom being chaos incarnate, Derrick remained helpful, friendly, and patient with us. He is the MVP!!

My sister phone volume and screen was acting funky. Since she is on my plan we popped in to the Cricket store. The nice young lady was so helpful. In no time we got and nice phone, case and screen saver. Oh and a free speaker. Thank God I had the upgrade plan..I think her name is kiria...

The team ar this location was helpful and knowledgeable. I was adding to my wife's line coming from Verizon and Mike and Migquel made this smooth. I went to another location and they acted like the didn't know what to do, my wife told me to come to this at Janaf and Mike and Miquel were super helpful and got the job done.

Went in to get a screen protector and was told immediately they didn't despite me looking straight at it guy working was more busy playing on his phone and listening to music idk his name but this happened on 25th of October so who ever was working this night great customer service I definitely will not come back here to this store again as this isn't the first I had rude customer service
