Management is horrible. They have people from other stores coming to work here and don’t know who the actual store managers are, so there’s no problem solving. I am very disgusted with my experience here. However, This is not the last you will hear from me.

Norfolk VA west 21 st 742-H location haa a sign at the door saying will return in 20 minutes I been standing outside since 4 pm it is now 5:10 pm 1/3/2023 I do not appreciate standing outside in the cold need more employees if this is going to continue to happen

They are refusing to give me my money back after they charged me twice .I showed proof and still nothing Customer Service won't even answer the phone,You have to leave a message.Its been 3 hrs and no one has called me back to correct the problem.This is the worst bootleg phone company I ever seen.
