Was super easy to get my screen replaced. After filling out the info for insurance and then made my appointment same day and was able to drop my phone off right away. The guy that helped was super nice and was able to get the screen replaced in about 45 min. Definitely would recommend if you need phone repairs

I would give zero stars if at all possible. I brought my phone in for a screen repair, covered by insurance through T-Mobile. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes - 1 hour.
A little more than an hour later, I was told by "Ricardo" that the "Apple calibration servers were down" and that I would have to wait "a few more hours." I asked if it was at all possible to take my phone back, and I was told that it was "basically committing insurance fraud" to let me have my phone back, and that "contractually" they could not give me my repaired phone back without calibrating the screen. He also told me that he made no effort to take care of the original screen, and trashed it when replacing it.
Given that I need my phone for life and work and was heading out of town that same day, I asked if there was any way I could have the phone back — repaired — and bring it back for calibration, which Ricardo *promised* I could do. "The calibration just has to be done in 48 hours." I told them I could give them a few more hours to get the calibration issue resolved and communicate with their manager.
Upon arriving FOUR HOURS LATER, I was told that I could not in fact have my phone back at all. The manager said no. When I requested to see my phone and get the contact information for the manager, Ricardo went to their back room and peeled the BRAND NEW screen off my phone and put the old, broken, now totally unusable screen back on the phone and gave it back to me. "I'm just doing my job," he said, "I have orders."
And I OWN the phone screen that, short of being cracked, was still functional. I don't care what his "orders" were, I own this phone and CPR has no right to withhold a repaired phone from me — especially after promising that I could have it back and bring it back later for calibration. This was a simple insurance claim and this rinky-dink, shady business went out of their way to waste my time AND my money considering I've been paying for phone coverage for years. Now I have a phone that is borderline inoperable.
I will be following up with T-Mobile, Assurant and as many managers at CPR as humanly possible. Avoid this specific CPR location if at all possible, if you're being forced to go there for an insurance claim.

Dropped phone off at 4:30 in afternoon for a screen replacement thinking it would be the next morning before it would be ready. As they close at 6:30. I was really surprised when I got a message that my phone was ready for pick up at 5:30. New screen works perfectly ?

These guys are AWESOME! I was running behind a little on my sheduled appointment but they were still able to fix my phone before the end of the day. Totally professional though, made sure that I was aware of the possibility that my phone may be stuck there over night if they werent able to fix it. But just like the Fantastic Mighty Ducks movies they pulled through for me. They didnt even have Emilio as a coach!
Superb service, super friendly guys.
They both deserve raises.

Bought a PS2 off Ebay that happened to have a non-functioning fan on arrival. CPR had it running within 24 hours. Friendly staff, quick service.

Yea. The guy with the long straight hair was such an unpleasant person.. I get that you're 'trying to make a living too'.. but you had way more leeway to meet me to some arrangement of payment, whereas I had none.. My job is based out of my phone.. The screen was knocked out and I couldn't do my job.. i didnt have the money in that exact moment.. He was completely unempathetic to my situation.. he gave me a huge passive-aggressive attitude as I was asking to tap MY phone in his hands to ask for help in gathering the money.. he glared at me the whole time.. the sheer level of insenstivity was remarkable, to the point that I was teary-eyed.. Not making your money the moment you expect it is not a reason to be so cruel.. get some social skills and basic empathy.. one of the worst encounters of customer service I've ever had in my LIFE.. HOPE YOU FELT POWERFUL MAKING ME FEEL SO POWERLESS AND PITIFUL, MY GUY..

They space my screen on my phone after it cracked. I was able to keep my phone and my data and get my phone back working again. Great service. Friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend..Make sure you take pictures of every piece of device you bring to this place.. Scratched my laptop cover (that I've kept pristine for a year) in several places & they wouldn't replace or take responsibility for it..but somehow offered to replace the cover and "discount" the price. Now why would you offer a discount if you didn't scratch it??? The worst customer service ever.

These guys are ROCKSTARS!!!! Dropped my phone of for a screen repair and the called in less than and hour that it was done. Excellent service and very cool people to deal with. Will definitely go to them for all my repairs
