Typically I don’t have an issue, however, the Tire Center could use some major improvement with their customer service. They need more people working the desk & they need to improve how they talk to their customers!!
They asked for 10am appointments which I respected. After all 10am customers were helped the other customers in line told me since I had an appointment to go up to the counter, the two customers in front of me didn’t mind me going up to the counter. However, the customer service rep did (however, I have no idea why he cared) & he very rudely put me in place in front of everyone.

I like Costco, and my experience has been okay. I don't like that some staff members apply rules, and some don't when it comes to checking out and having to use a form of payment with only members' names on it. Never was explained when I got the membership that me being a member I have to use a form of payment with my name on it and cannot use a payment with anyone's name on it even if it's your husband or whoever paying it for you. The person has to be a member in order to pay, and I find quite weird, to be honest. The membership line is always long and time-consuming. Really is a nice store other than the negatives I mentioned. And heads up, only accept VISA. No other credit card which I wish were different.

Not sure if this associate was just having a bad day but regardless the excuse Ms. Deborah is very unprofessional in handling her emotions. She entered a conversation I was having over the phone to give me her unsolicited advice as to then get offended when I informed her she was not invited into my midway conversation. To which she didn’t like my response and started to swing my items across the scanner clearly with an attitude as she mumbled under her breathe. Resulting in damaged items. The utter confusion I had as to why all of that happened in less than 2 seconds is still unbeknownst to me and very much not appreciated.
