They have good prices but are overwhelmed. I have a nail in a tire and called for an appointment. First available was in 6 days. The alternative is "first come first served," and that translates to 4, 5, or more hours. The warranty exists if you can wait a week.

What a disaster made appointment for 12pm at least week ago. Dropped off at 11.30.Went to check at 1pm hadn't even looked at it yet the place was not functioning wellLooks like they can't manage workload schedules. One women with an 11am appointment was still there after i left. Supposedly there was a lift problem maybe, but that doesn't account for the disarray they were in definite have other problems.

I love love love Costco! I have been a member here since forever. It is always so easy to down the Rabbit hole when here there is so much to discover. They just recently remodeled the layout and I love the new layout you can go in between the aisles in the middle now instead of going to the very end to get to the next aisle where there canned goods, spices, condiments, cleaning products, etc...Everyone is so nice. It's always so busy but that's always that and their gas prices are always on point! Currently today (11/27/2023) gas $2.85/gallon for regular.

Everyone here is professional and courteous. They only do tires, wheels and tire repair at this facility but it's top notch work.

Tires installed incorrectly leading to a flat just 2 weeks after installation . I was told I had to make an appointment (1 week for the first available) or just leave my car and they would check to see what the problem was. I won’t be back.

Good deals if you like to buy in bulk. The hot dog and soda can't be beat for $1.50. It gets horribly crowded so be prepared. They have self checkout which is nice but the employees really are pushy and want to scan your stuff. They have been doing construction for a while.

I am disappointed with the time it took to service my vehicle but more so with the priority of servicing vehicles. I had a 5:00 appointment, I dropped my vehicle off around 4:50. There was a man in front of me in line without an appointment, so he left his car in the queue. My car did not get serviced until 6:00 and I did not get it back until 6:45. What frustrated me the most was the man without an appointment got serviced before me. What is the point of making appointments if walk-ins are accepted and treated as first come first serve. There were numerous mistakes at this service center and management needs to hold themselves to a higher standard.

This review is more towards Ron at the tire center not Costco as a whole. I been a member of Costco for 14 years and have not had a bad experience until now. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated in which I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for Ron to check me in. I waited inside for my vehicle and when it was done I went to the counter to get my key. Ron looked at me four separate occasions, took two phone calls, moved two stacks of tires, and proceeded to help another customer look up a battery after I have been standing there for 15 minutes waiting patiently. Once he started helping the other customer, whom said he could take care of me first because I said I was waiting for my key, he just looked down at the battery catalog and said, “this won’t take long.” At that point I just walked out to the garage with my daughter and asked the technician who worked on my vehicle and was professional to get my key. His customer service skills were the worst I have ever seen in the last 14 years of going to Costco.

A long wait to say the least! Had a 12:00 appointment to replace a tire; finished at 2:30. I'm guessing they are short staffed like a lot of businesses but they do a professional job and their warranty is great.

Update:Visited the Norfolk store today with my concerns regarding the recall.I ask for a manager and they sent her right over.She could not have been nicer or more accommodating!She immediately gave me a visitors pass and allowed me to use the credit in-store.When I arrived at the register to pay- she appeared again, and very professionally and seamlessly processed my transaction. In addition - they were swamped as usual- but the warehouse was very organized, clean and the associates were very friendly.I don't see how they could have made my experience better!Bravo!Ok Costco!, thanks for nothing!After purchasing a set of phone chargers from Costco, I received a recall letter letting me know they could explode in my face. The letter instructed me to return the chargers to the Warehouse for a refund credit. After waiting on hold for an hour for someone to explain to me, if I was no longer a member and wouldn't be able to use a credit voucher- they would mail me a check. After packing the explosives in a lead package and taking the time to drive to ship them- Costco sends me a credit voucher from their store as a refund??? Pretty sure we cleared that trainwreck up on the hour long conversation with customer service. Total waste of valuable time and money! Where is my cash refund Costco. It's things like this that convince me I did the right thing by not rejoining.

The staff at the Norfolk location is snappy and constantly cuts you off on the phone. Service generally isn't very timely either. Would not recommend.

Unless you want to wait over 2 hours for two valve changes when you brought your vehicle in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Do not come to this establishment..

Like all Costco locations the parking lot at this one is awful. They do have gas. Slightly smaller warehouse than the usual Costco that I shop at but lots of great items.

Takes forever to drop off and pick up. What’s the point of an appointment??? If I have an appointment, I should be able to leave my key in an envelope and sign off. Costco needs to approve their efficiency. Their staff is working hard but not able to manage the customers well.
