Horrible!! They just toss your stuff in a box including Xbox, camera, telescope, etc. They are very unprofessional. A lot destroyed and missing. They even delivered someone else's belongings to us. Not sure how this company is still in business. If you want to avoid the most stressful time ...Stay away!!

If you are in the military and are told this company is going to move you, get it changed. In over seven moves with the military, this company has been the worst. Not only do they not care for your things when they move them, they do not show up on planned delivery days and when they do, the driver doesn’t have movers, leaving you to unload the truck. They not only broke many of our things, they lost items from pick up to deliver at the warehouse.Avoid this unprofessional organization!

Wow. Moved cross country with the military and most of our belongings are destroyed. Tossed a laptop computer into a box with a bunch of other stuff with zero wrapping and it broke. Damaged couch, nightstand, bookshelf, bar chair, broken grill, the list goes on. Tossed craft paint untaped and unwrapped in with a box of my daughters baby book and other photo books. Disgusted and heartbroken. Run.Edited to say the movers who packed our belongings also stole from us. Filed a police report and they will no longer talk to us. Whoever answers the phone has issued no apologies and treats you like you’re the one who did something wrong. I don’t understand how this company is still in business.

I would give 0 stars if allowed. Since no one else will help us, I am hoping my review can help save someone else the loss we have experienced from these crooks. We were moved March 2020. Their movers stole hundreds of dollars worth of small items. We had four witnesses who saw them making trips back and forth to the van with our items. Their supervisor, Xenia, assured me that since her employee has been there for such a long time he would never do something of this sort. She also was confident the four witnesses were all lying and they were actually the ones who stole the items. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS AND TROUBLE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

0 zero-rating if allowed. Terrible company. DO NOT USE!!! The 2 men who packed our items are named Richard and Richard. USER BEWARE OF THESE MEN! THIEVES! They stole so many small items from us under our noses, I could write a novel with how many of our items went missing. I confronted one of them as well... "No this was mine I brought with me from home" (gardeners knife)...LIES!! Their manager, Xenia Collaco-Moers is covering for them, stating "I have never had an issue with them and they have been working for me 15 years". News flash lady, you all are thieves! DO NOT USE!! Moving is stressful as it is, and it's very upsetting knowing we had trusted this moving company to come into our home and steal our personal belongings. All the while my infant child was laying on the floor and they were interacting with her!

Negative stars. They broke many of my stuffs, furnitures have dent, scratches and missing pieces. Most of the boxes are bitten and broken. Never ever deal with them. I think professionalism and carefulness are moved away from this moving company.

This is the worse moving company I have ever moved with in 16 years and 9 moves. They broke my Tv , bar , bed and sofa are destroyed. The workers were trying to get me to work with them since the main ladies back was hurting. I wish I could share pictures. Plz plz run the other way

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could! Worst moving experience ever! From poor planning, scheduling, poor packing, to nearly $18,000 in damages to our household goods, not including damages to our new rental home! Packers wrapped heirloom antiques in a single sheet of paper and crammed them into boxes with other heavy items, while my $5 plasticware was wrapped in dish pack?! For delivery, the movers arrived several hours late and all moaned and groaned when I did the walk through with them. Complaining under their breath about how big the house was and the fact that we had a two story home. The driver did not plan ahead and got stuck at the end of our no-outlet street while trying to turn around a SEMI! The front passenger tire literally came off of the axel and gouged the street which delayed unloading for almost 5 hours! Huge inconvenience especially when you're juggling childcare in a new city on top of it all. The movers scuffed and smudged many walls and scratched wood floors, soiled newly cleaned carpet from dragging items, soiled furniture items from sitting on them and dragging them on the ground (both indoors and outdoors), and DROPPED several large/heavy furniture items off of the truck while unloading!
