The service provided by the mechanics and front desk was very much appreciated. Chris Hewitt, at the front desk made sure I stayed in loop as my vehicle was being attended to as he has always done over the last 10 years. Job well done you guys.

Charged 400 dollars for a alignment that wasn't ever done. Was told the steering wheel is still off. I laughed guess they didn't know I work in the same industry, u get the vehicles alignment readings then straighten and lock the steering wheel and then aligned the front end. This place is a joke.

The driver of truck C291 removed my mirror on tidewater in Norfolk this morning by hitting my car, while I was in it. He then proceeded to say he didn't know if it was his fault, which was erroneous, as I was stopped 2 cars back at a red-light when my mirror exploded, so he could make a left turn on Cromwell; cool he caught the greenlight light, but he was careless and lied to my face after causing damage to my truck. I hope he was late this morning. I hope the company takes into consideration, not just this man's inability to operate vehicles, but also the ease with which he was able to lie about it. Accidents happen, but you made a choice to try to lie about what you did.

I always get my car inspected here. They are honoust and fair. Not looking to make a buck of of you. Work completes is quality and fair priced.

They passed a state inspection on a vehicle that was leaking fuel terribly out of the tank. Wonder what they'll miss on your car too.

Best place to get a State Inspection, I was 1st in line at 0700 and out the door at 0730, way better than 4 or five hours at the dealer even with an appointment!!! Colony Tire’s customer service is top notch, I’ve used them for years and never been disappointed, i buy tires there also, they sell great products at a fair price.
