I've had a great experience with Colley Self Storage! Their customer service over the phone was excellent, and my in-person interactions were also great. The facility is clean, easy to navigate and a convenient location. I highly recommend!

Colley Storage and Team was so easy to work. I rented a unit for my college student to store belongings during the summer months. Rates and lease were very accommodating and affordable. Very quick responses when communicating. Would definitely recommend. Great for college students

First time storage unit renter, the process to sign the lease and setup auto was quick and easy. Was met with friendly and helpful staff who showed the available units. Facility is well kept, clean, climate controlled and well lit. Prices are reasonable compared to the bigger names.

Colley Self Storage has handled my storage needs for multiple years…first for my business (2 units) and then for my personal use (2 units). They have never disappointed. The staff is accommodating and always friendly…..I love them all but I have to say Erin is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! The units are easy to access, climate controlled, always clean, accessible 24/7 and very secure. The garage door allows you to back right up and unload easily using the free dollies they provide for customer use. The elevator is spacious to fit multiple dollies which speeds up the loading/unloading process. If you are looking for a great storage place that provides awesome service along with great facilities this is it!!!

We rent one unit on the bottom floor and several on the top. I love being able to go in the middle of the night. As DJs and online retailers, we need 24 hour access. And this place doesn't have some gimmick to get said access. It's not a special request privilege or extra cost--it's complimentary. It's our stuff, we should always be able to access it, and with Colley St, we get said access. Additionally, they are very good about making quick account changes like giving us good deals on additional units, or taking off one we no longer need. We see them regularly when we pick up inventory during the day and they are always polite. They even have power outlets near enough to most units that if you need temporary power to do something at the unit, you can. Plus, unlike other units we've been too, the dumpster is open to their customer so we don't have to lug stuff we are throwing out elsewhere. The only thing we'd like to see different would be a restroom since we do tend to be there 30 minutes to an hour at a time, but we understand that may not be feasible. We have no intention of leaving Colley St for our storage needs.

For the past 4 years, Colley Self Storage has been great to work with. They communicate well about office closings and any important updates. It has always been easy for me to park and get in and out of the facility. I also appreciate the availability of hand carts to use.

This is one of the best storage facilities in the area. I investigated several before signing on with Colley Storage. I saw water damage and security issues at other buildings. Colley's building is heated, is very clean and is accessible 24 hr/day. I have used the facility in the evenings and feel safe. Office personnel are easy to work with. The only improvement I would like to see are additional dollies and carts to help us move items in or out.
