Front desk with dreads and taper around hairline is EXTREMELY RUDE & disrespectful. Upon arrival, I was called ignorant and ugly for not knowing how to enter the building? His attitude and demeanor is simply acidic to the stomach. Very nasty and should not be representing the company!

This by far was one of the most racist places I have ever worked for . I even dealt with work place discrimination while working here and filed a complaint with the EEOC. This company takes African Americans with experience and start them at entry level positions. One African American had a masters degree and was placed in an entry level position, not to mention she had years of experience with Dollar Tree corporate office. Meanwhile Caucasians just graduating come into the company as supervisors or in trade positions. African Americans with the same degrees from HBCU’s literally start at entry level positions here and take years and I mean years to work the way up . Multiple complaints have been filed on this company with the EEOC due to their hiring practices and work place ethics .if you are a minority, good luck at this company.

I agree with all of the posts. I have been trying to get a $330 refund since last JUNE. No one responds. When you finally get someone, they send an email to the same team that didn't answer me for 6 months and you have to start all over again. It's a small sum of money but that is not the point.They are the worst steamship line . I wouldn't give them any stars but you have to select one in order to post a comment. WHERE IS THE PRESIDENT? Is he or she paying any attention?

Don't use their container services, I have 3 containers that left Norfolk since September,still has not arrived final destination.My containers are touring all continents.It's sad ?? ? ? stuff for the holiday all late.

People there are very sneaky and two faced! I was in training and they let me go and couldn't give me a reason! Dont work here! I was racially profiled and called a girl by the trainer at the company. Just dont work at this place.

They are absolutely the worst shipping company in history. They are gonna drive my small business to bankruptcy. They’ve had vital parts sitting in a container in Long Beach, CA for 11 weeks and they just told me it’s gonna be at least two more weeks before they even load it. It’s gonna be at their port for 3 months before it gets loaded. They won’t allow us to come pick it up and they won’t allow a diversion. They are absolutely ruining my company. Don’t ever ship anything with them.

They are terrible. Never use them. My container has sit at their Long Beach pier for 15 weeks. They won’t do anything. Their customer service is the absolute worst in the entire world.
