I bought a dumptruck from the City of Norfolk. They said it ran and drove but in reality it needed a new engine. They knew that of course but did not disclose it. Completely dishonest and unethical. ZERO STARS.

Had a vehicle stolen and the police thankfully found it. Upon coming to pick it up the immigrant behind the desk got very rude with me. I guess he's bashful because he told me to stop looking at him in his face. I don't know how hard his job is but it can't be that bad. Either way glad to have my vehicle back. Idk his name he sounded like he came from somewhere in Africa. He should be fired. We don't need thugs operating in our government.

Some clerks can be typically rude and off puttish. The cost are unusually large. It like the want you not to come get your vehicle.

The staff were extremely rude and they took 2 hours to get my car back even though it was just sitting in their lot and it only should have taken about 15 minutes.

They do not answer the phone . They are listed as 24 hours and everytime I have called the dial tone rings and rings until it can’t anymore .

For over a week I’ve been trying to get my car back then when I called the company the guys answer the phone I’m talking to the police right now you have to call me back so unprofessional disrespectful learn how to answer the phone they don’t have trying to put it everybody have to be professional but the police.

Kathy is the best worker there. She helped me with literally everything and made things easier and quicker. And there was a young man that works as a security guard that was very helpful as well. I didn’t catch his name but he’s African American and in his early 20’s. Overall, the staff was very professional, helpful and nice when it came to getting my car back. Thank you so much again Kathy! And a big thank you to her manager!

Trifling extremely trifling young man on the night shift working the phone is extremely too relaxed aka chilling and unprofessional if you do not want to work I don’t understand for god why choose a job Interacting with customers after his nasty performance of explaining how to get a car out from them but not really telling me anything beside their open from 8:30 -4:30 I still said thank you for your help and he still said nothing his responses to my answer so dry and all off 3 -4 words my 5 year old can do a better job all around PITFUL job and to think I have to go deal with this unprofessionalism in the am by the look of the other comments ????????Service: Car towing
