Bought a table with 6 chairs. Had them hold it for me only to show up with one chair missing!!! Extremely upsetting to know someone else was able to either buy or steal a piece of my set that I had already paid for! Can’t believe how they can let things like that happen! Upside to the story is they allowed me to take a different chair. Still, I will never shop there again.

I find great deals, and I’ve spent a lot of money there, but I don’t want to go back because how I’m treated. The cashier gives me attitude almost every time I ask for any assistance. I’ve been nothing but friendly in return and never give any attitude in response to being treated like that. Not great customer service.

I bought an instrument from here and they convinced me it was a steal, I did try to see if they’d lower the price but she was insistent it was a good deal. I later looked up the instrument and they priced it at EXACTLY what the purchase price is for a new one. So overpriced when they get it for free

Not a great company to work for. I started working there about 2 weeks ago. I literally had to beg them to email me my payroll portal; they never sent it. Pay is low, the work conditions are old fashioned, Linda is rude and very passive aggressive towards her employees. She would get into disputes with them whenever they protested for respect. When I asked her for help, she referred to me as “The processor” as if I were just a working machine. The second day she tried to do that, I quickly corrected her! I have a beautiful name, use it!!The turn over rate is low and people often quit. If you see the hiring sign, just keep going. Working with them is not worth your time. There’s much better out there.

They always have decent selections even though sometimes it means rifling through every rack, nice staff, and it's easy to drop off donations right inside the door. Some days are discounted depending, which I can't remember offhand, so it may be worth a call if you're looking to save a few bucks (senior/military/etc.). There's typically space in the parking lot out front, too.

Easy to see, excellent parking including handicap. Lots of merchandise. Very friendly staff. Lots of inventory. Weekly discounts.

Smaller store so smaller selection of items. Very limited hours compared to other CHKD stores in the area. Some prices are ridiculously high but you can find some treasures of you dig.

Not a good place to work Linda Is an unprofessional manager that can’t do her job right. She also shops in the thrift store during business hours.They over work their employees. Their donations are not properly sanitized. And they got me very sick as a result. This is one of the worst places to get a job at. Do not work at this place.
