So this company doesn't stand on they word told my insurance Co they will be picking up vehicle 60 to 90 minutes. Almost three hours later they still haven't picked up the vehicle. When check into status of the ETA it say they here but that's not true. Call the number the insurance company provided I got no answer so state farm doest need to use this svc ever.

After someone actually stole a tire off of my daughters car, yes the whole tire, the warranty company would not help. We called several local towing companies, and none of them would help. Excuse was because vehicle was on the ground they couldn’t Jack it up to put a tire on. I’m not making that up, that was their actual excuse to not help. Called Chesapeake Towing and they were out within the hour and got the spare on for my daughter. Being 4 hours away, knowing if something like this happens again I have a reliable and super friendly company to call. I can’t thank you enough!!!

I had two vehicles to tow at the same time at 1 am. They did a wonderful job. I recommend them 100%. I honestly don't think I will use anyone else from now on.

Jeffrey was timely, professional and provided great communication throughout the pick up process. He took the time to make sure my car was properly loaded and had additional items to support loading a lowered car. I have experienced varying levels of service from towing companies, but I can confidently say I am impressed with the confidence inspiring service provided by Jeffery and this company. 10/10 would recommend and will request their service if needed!Service: Car towing
