great experience buying our new pilot with mr. tillman yesterday, couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. only thing that could have made it better was a full tank of gas! the car was on empty with only 30 miles available, most places i’ve bought cars from sent me home with the gas filled up.

I recently went to purchase a used vehicle and I believe that this has been the best buying experience I’ve ever had. David H has been a great help during the test drives. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Highlander but also considered a Honda Pilot. David was very knowledgeable about the features and operation. I really appreciate his help throughout this process. There are others that have helped also but unfortunately I don’t remember her name (sorry). I will recommend this location to anyone that plans on buying a vehicle. They make you feel welcome. I bought a car with Marissa. She was fantastic!! She let me test drive 2 cars and was very knowledgeable. I love the pressure free environment. I had quite a few questions and she and her team were ready with answers. The buying process took less than an hour once I knew what I wanted. She was responsive all day when I had more questions because I did a 24 hour test drive. I went to 3 other dealerships while car shopping and by far this was the best experience. Bye bye 2012 Honda Odyssey hello 2022 Honda Odyssey!!!

I highly recommend Jonathan Jacob (service provider ) to assist with your car service needs.I had my car service at Checkered Flag Honda about two weeks ago for a fuel pump. He was so helpful and patient . Johnathan kept my husband and I informed through out the entire process and communicated effectively about our car concerns . He was professional and exhibit great customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was told I was getting so many things I did not get. I bought packages that no longer exist on my account and I've gone through all of my paperwork and the only thing they charged me for was an extended warranty and some unspecified package. They related that the warranty was already attached to the car, that I wasn't purchasing anything extra yet was charged and extra 2k+ for it. Every single time I go in they tell me a different story, don't shop with Leon, don't shop with checkered flag. Literally such a worthless overpriced hassle.

I stopped by around noon, maybe one o'clock. I wanted a service, A1 which is the normal first in the rotation of the several levels. I usually get my service done at Pohanka in Fredericksburg where one doesn't need an appointment, and they are open late and early...to include Sunday. So there were still several hours left before techs departed but after I found someone I asked if they were a service advisor said no. Then they asked how they could help me. I took it they actually were advisors. Well I got the "gee I don't know there are a few people in front of you. It will be at least a couple of hours...." Well hmmm a couple of hours past 1 would be 3, still two hours from closing by techs. Why sell me on leaving? Why not just say absolutely if you are interested in staying we have coffee and a warm waiting room just be aware it will be a couple of hours. I would have stayed and gotten the service and read the news or wandered around looking for the next Honda. Oh I will buy a Honda but likely not from this dealership.

I had a great experience with my purchase. However I bought the warranty that was supposed to cover an oil change and it wasn't covered. I took my car in got it serviced for a $90 oil change. A week passed and my oil was EMPTY. I returned to the service center where I was treated as though I was exaggerating the condition of my vehicle. They checked saw it had no oil and offered to do another oil change, only this time they stripped the Canister Housing and I was sent home in a Rental. I returned the next day for my vehicle and the oil level was low again. I had my car towed to another shop where they noticed that the oil plug was not put back on. Which resulted in a 3rd oil change. I've called and requested a refund or some compensation for my time but I have not been acknowledged. I will not be returning or dealing with Honda Checkered Flag. They have lost a paying customer.
