I do not have an account with Chase, but would like to ask a simple question. If the answer helps me, I will open an account. However, they will not bring a live person to the phone with six attempts. I cannot do business with a bank like this. After reading the reviews of their credit card service department on Amazon, I find myself agreeing with most of them.

Excellent customer service and very friendly! I walked in and was greeted promptly and was able to take care of my transaction in about five minutes! I definitely would recommend Chase Bank and am moving my accounts to them!

Zion Carter assisted my relative with handling several requests with patience and great customer service. He followed up with the appointment and was very friendly and professional.Kayla Lewis assisted with a window transaction and made a great suggestion.She was very professional and engaging.Claire Gauer and Brianna Rodgers greeted us in the lobby and offered us water. They engaged in friendly banter while we waited for our appointment because we were early.
