I had the best experience with staff, they are polite, very very helpful and they are very good in figuring out things and will do their best to assist you. They are nice people. If you have any issue or problems with your chase account , I will definitely recommend this branch! Staffs are awesome ?

I opened a checking account here. Just for them to shut down my account for no valid reason without any notification. I asked they said corporate can disband accounts and does not have to disclose a reason. I was waiting 10 business days for my check yet my money was never sent. I lost thousands and no account number in their records.

I don't even go to this bank and yet their customer service has me at the end of my rope. Someone opened up a CC with them using my identity, and I have literally called 6 different numbers on their website, and the actual branch phone number and have gotten nowhere. Most of the numbers force you to enter an account number, which I obviously don't have since this is ID theft. Then the actual branch # was constantly busy and won't let me leave a voicemail or at least a call back number. For the love of God, someone at Chase please just have a # where I can call and talk to a real life person and get help!

The worst chase branch I’ve ever been too. Super nice facility and people are nice but super slow. I stood in line 10 minutes with excuses to see a teller. Im a private client with chase. Wells Fargo is much better. Disappointing.

Staff is very professional and polite. Been banking with them for 3 months now. I signed up because a $200 promotion was going on. Still have yet to receive any promotion I’ve met all requirements. Hopefully it’s on the way soon? I don’t like how you can’t see pending transactions. I like to pre plan before my pay check clears and having the options to get paid a day early would be nice. Online navigation is simple. 3 stars so far I will update later. Just not off to the best start.

I’m an existing customer receiving an error message when trying to open a new account. After hours of troubleshooting via the customer support number, I’ve been told the only way to open the account is to go into a branch, which is a 2+ hour round trip. I’d like to use an offer that has been mailed to me, but is also readily available online. When I called this branch, Nicolette at this branch was extremely unhelpful, insisting that I bring in an offer code that’s included in the mailer. There is no code in the mailer, but this offer is not a secret and widely available online, which is how I would have set up this account if Chase’s system worked properly. Nicolette launched into a very pompous explanation that she would not be able to help me claim the offer without the code in the mailer (there isn’t one) because her system didn’t work that way. She said this multiple times with an absolutely terrible attitude. Only after I pushed further did she say, well I can open the account and then we can look to reclaim the offer with the help of online support. That’s what she SHOULD have led with, and when I pointed this out, she ended the call saying that “I don’t want to be helped.”As a customer, I shouldn’t have to jump through such hoops. First of all, Chase’s online system should function better, and if they are going to inundate customers with offers they should be easy to claim - no matter if the customer is in branch or online. But what is really concerning is that Nicolette didn’t have enough customer service acumen to lead with a solution rather than saying what she “can’t” and “won’t” do for an existing customer making a special trip because every other digital and telephonic option has failed. Extremely dissatisfied and I will also be complaining to Chase about this interaction. I recommend finding another branch for anyone who is currently or plans to bank with Chase.UPDATE:I called a branch in another city that I’ll be traveling to later this month and explained my issue. They happily made an appointment for me and said they could definitely help me in branch as requested. This just goes to show that the Norfolk location lacks customer service and problem solving skills.

People who works here are nice, accommodating, and professionals in person. The main reason why my spouse and I switched to Chase and opened a bank account with them is because of the $225 promotional offer in this branch after meeting the requirements of setting up a direct deposit (which we have). However, after a month of waiting, we never received the promotional offer. We sent an email to the nice gentleman who opened our bank account with; never received a reply, then I followed up, and again, never received a reply. After a week, I decided to show up to their branch with a happy face to follow up again, and I was told that he is working on the glitch. He also acknowledge the fact that he did not reply back because he wanted to give me a complete answer before responding. I came back after 2 weeks with a happy face again, the guy was not there. A lovely lady looked over my bank account but I was given a different information and this time she said to me, that the promotion was never put in upon account opening. They said they will work on it first thing in the morning. But again, never happened. I emailed the VP (I believe) of this branch; he also did not replied back. It is frustrating because this issue made me feel really bad about ourselves due to the fact that I am being ignored in email and whatever their promises, never happened. It is never a great feeling. I am the type of person that will never leave a bad reviews, but I totally understand now how some customers do it.

Came to this location to cash a check that was easy to verify and confirm the authenticity of it, being that the check came from Jp Morgan. The manger on duty stated that I couldn’t due to me not having an account with them , and something about limits that are set in place to prevent fraud. Again she could of verified that it was legitimate. I think the color of my skin played a big part. I even called to speak to the branch manger and was told she was out all week, and still refused to provide me such person contact number. I was embarrassed and your company should be too, by allowing employees to discriminate against customers by picking in choosing who to do business with. I was able to deposit it at my bank with no problems. This will not be the last you hear from me, I will be seeking legal action to sue . I just don’t understand if the check was from them , why the couldn’t confrim. It came from my 401k account, so I could pay a medical bill. She embarrassed me so bad , she had other customers telling me to be safe. I was confused, due to the fact of me doing no wrong . Look at your cameras and listen to the audio. If what she stated to me was company policy . Chase should look to advise such policy.
