Be aware this Bank made a fraudulent claim under a car my husband did not own after he got the loan paid off on his car they made a fraudulent claim under a car he did not even own and they will not take it off they are giving him the runaround, running him in circles. I advise you to close your account with this Bank because they are not trustworthy. They're trying to get us to pay off something we never owned. I'm going to contact the wavy TV 10 to get this resolved this is unheard of he was unaware of this he wasn't even sent nothing.

Auto bill pay does not work, don't listen to what the tellers say. I've attempted to set it up online 3 times, and gone into a branch to get it all set up and was assured that by coming into a branch and completing this form the auto pay would work. Surprise surprise, it didn't. Additionally, its next to impossible to get to a person whenever calling the 1-800 number, kind of a huge bummer considering this is a local bank that does not feel local at all. Thumbs down.

Told inside to use ATM.ATM non responsive. WTH?? Don't agents know what's going on. Cars keep approaching, then leaving without transactions.

I've had a long history with this branch dating back to the '70s. I financed my first-owned vehicle with a loan from this branch in 1980. In 2013, I financed three vehicles here. The customer service is even more exceptional in 2023. Siru Barber has been an amazing partner through my process of finding the right vehicle for me. She is very professional with the "right" amount of empathy and joy in knowing that I was able to buy what I needed and wanted. Very dissatisfied!!!! Trying to get in touch with anyone is a joke. My mother was a member for years when she passed recently i was beneficiary to her account. I was wrongly informed that her social security check would have to be sent back for the month she passed. So here comes the letter from social security wanting to know why the return, I said becuse my mother passed away I was told your mother could have that check so now because this financial institution does not know proper protical with social security when someone passes i have a real mess to recuop these funds. On hold with social security for 1hr 45 minutes only to get cut off. Thanks so much Chartway.
