the pharmacy often doesn't answer their phone during business hours. i called at least six times in the past two days with no answer. today i was lucky enough to get a response, but then i was left on hold for a solid 40 minutes while i waited for a pharmacist. the wait was honestly shocking and frustrating, as it was 11 am on a wednesday when i called, so not during peak service hours. however, when the pharmacist picked up, i inquired about the wait. i feel for them because it is obvious they are understaffed; the pharmacist claimed there were only two employees at the pharmacy working this shift. she sounded exhausted. despite my frustrations, i empathized with their lack of employees, as this pandemic has greatly impacted the work force. hope for better service in the future, but this experience was a bit disappointing.

Terrible service. Wouldn't answer the phone. I went into the store and the pharmacy was closed. Said they were on their lunch break. Left my number for them to call me. They never called. Went back at 5:30 and waited in line for 30 minutes. There were only two people in front of me. I will never use them again.

I enjoy coming to this Rite Aid. The pharmacists are actually friendly-- which I can't say about many pharmacies I've been to. In fact, the staff in general is friendly and they don't appear to hate their jobs. I'll be loyal to this one for a while! Thanks Rite Aid!

Getting medicine for my granddaughter and the service was great even recommended where to go for my health plan covers
