They replaced my windshield incorrectly and I notified them about it and the window has a stress crack. The owner said he was going to send someone out to me and it’s been 2 weeks now and no one has came and he keeps giving me the run around. I do not recommend doing business with them.Service: Auto windshield repair

I don’t like companies that are dishonest about the way they do thing. Called and got a price agreed to it when they came out put it in when it was time to pay it was 276 and then when they ran my card it was 285 they just don’t tell people what they’re paying for and I thought it’s pretty messed up to tell somebody the cost of something and then charge you more standing right in front of you.. it’s not the money with me it’s the dishonesty.. I would definitely use a different auto glass company. I will never use them again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service from "Bill" the owner. I had a windshield replaced and noticed some issues the following morning and when I reached out "Bill" was rude, aggressive and offensive. There are many options as far as windshield repair and I implore anyone reading this to save yourself the headache of having to deal with "Bill".

I am giving 5 stars because of PHILIP who was my technician for my windshield. He was very kind, patient, and informative. He made sure he went above and beyond despite the hot temperatures that day. He was also very quick and efficient. He made this a great experience for me. I couldn’t thank him enough!

The Ramen is good here, but due to my love of oxtails I have to give 3 stars. The oxtail was seasoned great, but it was too tight to eat. They need to cook it longer so the meat is soft enough to chew. I hope they make this change and I can try it again to give them a better rating

I was quoted a price of 190.00 to replace windshield. After Install was told it was 249.67. They charged 131.76 for the windshield and 110.00 for 2.3 hrs. of labor. The install was less then an hour. Budget sent American Auto Glass without letting me know. Would recommend you use anyone else. Budget and American can not be trusted. Make sure you check reviews for Budget Auto Glass, American Auto Glass LLC, American Auto Glass LlC. and from the reviews I've read don't use your credit card unless you want to be charged multiple times for the same windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They really are half the price of others. The guy that came was on time and very professional. He even cleaned up the glass that fell in the car when windshield got destroyed at no extra charge. If should ever need an auto glass repaired or replaced this company will be my first option and referred to friends and family.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great Customer service and fast, but seals broke and water leaks in car. Called to fix and was asked to submit pictures, but no response from company after! Would NOT recommend unless you want to pay someone to fix again in two years or less!

I called them on Thursday afternoon about replacing a window on my vehicle. During the phone call the guy on the phone acted annoyed that I was calling and didn’t seem to listen to what I needed. And when. I asked if I could just come to the shop at a certain time he said no he would rather they come to me. Never the less we set an appointment for the next day. Their time window was “the afternoon.”The next morning I called again to get a better time frame of when they would be coming. When I called he again seemed annoyed that I was calling and said he would have the driver call me with a better time frame. The driver never called.I called again and was hung up on as soon as they picked up. I called a couple more times and no answer. The driver never showed up and the company never called me back. Absolutely piss poor service and integrity from a company.UPDATE: The driver showed up late after I left the review. Didn’t do a great job on the window and was watching his sons game on his phone during his work which would be fine however the work was bad and I ended up having to get the window redone by another company

Only thing that I was satisfied was with was how fast he installed the glass. But he was unprepared, didn't clean up or vacuum the broken glass. And lastly demanded his money, acting like I wasn't going to pay. I'll definitely be contacting the owner about this issue so others won't have the same results.

Customer service is the worst. Called to find out if the tech was running late and still coming as it was 30min after my appointment time and I had not received a call. The person on the phone immediately got angry and hung up the phone. When I called back, the same person answered the phone and continued to talk over me and cut me off when I attempted to get any info. Telling me I needed to wait. I took the day off to get my window replaced for my 9-11 am appointment, around 12pm I called back to the shop and was asked to hold- after 5 mins on hold I hung up.Don't waste your time or money!

Great service, super fast. Installed a new windshield in my ‘92 dodge Dakota. Had the glass in stock, came the day after I called and installed it while I was at work. Cheaper than safelite and much less hassle. I’ll definitely be calling them to do my other truck
