Your traveling mechanic supposedly is walking back to garage from break, he sees me in my car and points to the air pressure hose . I let him know I can't, I'm disabled., he then asks " how did you get in the car"? I just want to know if he is that ignorant? I should say most the time it's a wonderful place and people that own and work there are not usually this rude. I know you are desperate but seriously, that guy?

Pulled up to get a State Inspection. Mechanic told me himself that the computer was down so he couldn't do any inspections but suggested I leave the car overnight drop-off. I asked him the time he said 7 til 9 p.m. I asked him should I bring it earlier than 9 like 8:30 so that the lady taking these keys has time to close up and he said yes I definitely want to drop it before 8:30. I show up before 8:30and this lady done made up another new rule. Told me she already had 3 cars and one car was there at 7:01. I am parked here in a space so that means it should room for me to leave my keys. This lady triggered my EAD but I love my freedom and it is about 20 other places doing inspections. Just wanted to leave a review so fellow citizens that have PTSD or worse stuff going on to avoid this lady. She was nice but she was was playing with my time or the mechanic was, either way they need to be on the same page and communicate because I should be sleep but I shuffled a lot of stuff to drop this vehicle off just to have this lady play Pharaoh.

Total scammers. I’ve taken my vehicles there since the Ward’s Corner Shell closed down. I’ve never had the rejections I get now. The latest rejection is for turning signals blinking too fast. Last year one vehicle miraculously had ALL ball joints go bad at once. That same truck this year, ALL the brakes are bad…the truck has new calipers, rotors and pads, but the inspector rejected it! A few months before that on another vehicle, ALL wheel bearings became too loose all at once.They’re more interested in the profits of shop work from people who don’t know better.

I took my (deployed) buddy's car in for an oil & filter change, fluid flush, and VA State Inspection at around 10am on 9Sep2022. They had a reasonably long line of cars already, but managed to get me in with a guarantee to begin in the late afternoon. As promised they started at around 2 or 3pm and gave me a call to ask if I would like the windshield wipers replaced to pass the only hit on the inspection (which I had noticed were pretty worn down previously,) to which I agreed. All said and done it was timely, cost efficient, and on the up-and-up.

I dropped off my car this morning for state inspection, it was completed by 10am. no problems. Employees are very friendly.

I am a wife of a Stage 4 Cancer Survivor and I would not recommend this place for anyone's convenience here in the Bayview /Tidewater area. My husband had to have our truck towed there due to a flat tire, they said yeah have it towed here. Well, it was towed there and therefore my husband warned them beforehand that he did not have the tools to take the tire off. So, he gets there and they say ohh we don't have the right tools to take the tire off, sir!!! Long story short, after getting it towed there and to install the tire, they didn't put in the right amount of air in the tire before us leaving the lot. It was only 36psi in the tire when we went to put the air in. The OWNER/MANAGER there was so rude to my husband, who is disabled and has trouble speaking, because of a tracheostomy. She did not conduct business in a professional manner and therefore, mocked my husband in the way that he was sounding as he talked to her in front of other customers in the store. Sooo RUDE!!! My family will never go to them again. Took 2 days to put a brand new spare tire on our truck. Never experienced anything like this in my life. They all are very rude and inconsiderate of people in general. I don't wish this bad experience on no one. Won't go there again and My actual rating for this place is NOT a 1 , it's a BIG FAT ZERO. This type of customer service SHOULD NOT be tolerated in or by the public, no matter where you are.

Was recommended to take my car here ! Lady was rude af! I paid 1600$ in service for it to shut down on me 2 days later! They will rip you off and take advantage of women! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Bayview BP was very professional and friendly. They fixed my AC and did a tune-up on my Charger and I couldn't be more satisfied. I loved the fact that the owner was there and made sure that my car was fixed right and that I was treated fair. I would recommend them to anybody and I will be using them for any future repairs.

My family has taken our cars to them for years, they're right outside of our neighborhood. Josh in the auto repair department is awesome! A car mechanic that I have come to trust. Yes, you heard me, a trustworthy car mechanic. Thank you for figuring out that pesky electrical issue and saving me from spending money replacing things I didn't need to! Y'all are the best!
