The black employee that had short locs dreads from yesterday 1 hr before it closed he was very uneducated on phones. He was just on his phone taking to his gf. He didn’t help me he was just waiting to go home. Very unprofessional. I’m so happy I just ordered my phone online. I could do a better job him. His customer service skills was bad. Hire someone more knowledgeable

Danielle has an attitude. She claims to be the manager. She refuses to give out her name when asked for but her name is printed on the receipt. Also, she likes to hang up on people and not do her job right. She sells people faulty devices and act like she can’t do anything after the fact. Danielle, also lies. Danielle, also doesn’t know simple terms and agreements about the company when discussing it with a customer. Her name is Danielle, did I forget to mention that?

I went to boostmobile to get an upgrade phone. I dont know the young ladys name. She was so helpful.she gave me the price of the phone and case for my phone. She also transfered my photos and contacts. I will return boostmobile for accessories and i recommend this boostmobile to others.
