The store visit was great ? everything went well. That was 07/27/2023 I stay in GOSNOLD APARTMENTS, GOSNOLD AVE. Since my purchase I Am still without INTERNET service. 2 cox texts has come out and couldn't hook me up. They said my building Manager has to get an electrician to come out, what is wrong with all this , please let me know in Comments, Thank You.

The owner (possibly) or manager was there and he was wonderful. The other employee not so much. I didn't have a bad time I apologize I should have been more clear. The other employee was nice but I guess after the (owner?) Came in the atmosphere changed in a good way. And I did get what I needed done. The other employee may have had an off day or maybe isn't a super great people person. He was not rude or anything and he did his job in a timely manner but like I mentioned earlier the owner or manager made it a great experience.

The representative Paul was very friendly, professional, informative and patient. This is the first time that I have been to this location but believe me, I will be back! My cellphone needed to be upgraded because it was working properly.
