I was kicked Out ofrece the store by Who i believe was the owner.I went into to store because i needed my transfer pin and becauze i couldnt recieve a call to my Phone {it was broken} customer service asked for me to go into storeStore rep was nasty and disrespectful and usted profanity before kicking me out of his store While i was on the phone with boost customer servicePeople like him are the reason customers dont stay

I was in the store paying standing in line to pay my bill, when the store representative was nothing but disrespectful to a customer, who was on the phone with boost customer service because they had instructed him to go to the store , the store rep was nothing but disrespectful and nasty to the customer and the boost customer service rep he used profanity at both and asked the customer to leave the store. Terrible customer service.

Good cell phone company. Allows for incoming calls and text even after bill is due. Great reception.
