This is more than a throwback to a 1960's era TV repair shop. You name it. The owner has it! purchased 2 antique Radios which Bill refurbished...a Zenith from 1930's, and a Minerva from the 1940's. Most of the tubes and capacitators were replaced. Both AM radios also have Short wave bands! Bill has even offered to build in a blu tooth Jack so I have the ability to listen to Old time Radio shows clearly! I may take him up on that especially if the blu tooth Jack can be patched to my tablet and pick up Sirius Radio. Bill stands behind his work and his prices are very reasonable. Best find just North of Ghent in Norfolk!

Awesome he can fix anything electronic if the parts are available. Have had several items repaired. Bill is good with about 50 years experience. Old radios,Tvs, Console entertainment centers and more he fixed for me.

Boone’s is absolutely the best for repairing vintage audio equipment. I have multiple pieces of equipment that he has restored. When others were not able or not willing to work on uncommon vintage equipment, he got them working properly, and at a very reasonable rate. I now live several hours away but still bring equipment to him to work on. If you have vintage audio equipment, there is no one better!

Called for 2 quotes for separate damaged tv’s. Rude over the phone, very short with me that a tv with a cracked is unrepairable. Not helpful at all.

Awesome customer service as I broke my children's TV by accident I found this place online in search of a replacement and called the owner he got my number and said he was going to call me right back after he looked at the selections that fit my price range and he did exactly that, and then went even further and told me not to rush to come pick it up as it was almost closing hours that he would hold the tube for me as we were to expect snow and he didn't want any accidents with me trying to rush and transport the TV I always appreciate good customer service but this was a plus plus coming from the owner himself. I AM GRATEFUL AND WISH THIS BUSINESS MANY MORE YEARS OF SUCCESS IF FEELS GOOD TO BE A RESPECTED CUSTOMER.AND TO BE TREATED FAIRLY.

The owner was amazing. He fixed our turntable within a day and did a fantastic job. If you need to fix a record player/turntable this would be the best place to go in the area. I would definitely go back if any problems occur with any electrical equipment I have.

My dad did tv repair was like walking in dads. This place is outstanding in it's hominess. Staff is cool and could not be more helpful. Don't try and sell you something but match you to your needs. Also does outstanding repair work.

1937 Silvertone console. Bill recapped it put in a fuse for safety. Replaced dial lamps and alot more. My unit was complicated so it took a little time to source parts, but Bill did a great job on it and it plays perfectly. I have 2 more antique radios waiting for him. He is pleasant and easy to work ...also remember to say hi to his dog in the back.
