Book exchange is my happy place. I've been going here for 3-4 years and have never had a bad experience! Not only do they have an amazing selection of books which most are in almost perfect condition, it is so hassle free when exchanging books for credit! They don't care if you bring back books that you've gotten from the exchange (guess it's less hassle for them to figure out the 50% off!) They also give you the option to donate whatever books they can't take to charity!!! Employees are also super duper friendly and helpful. Book exchange is the best local bookstore in Norfolk! Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I absolutely love the Book Exchange (all locations). Pricing is somw of the best in the area. Their exchange program is like no other. They also have amazing Charity Sales, which pricing is great and the organizations donated for are local community organizations. Spend a weekend day and explore all of their locations.

The Book Exchange regularly offers days where they gather books to sell to contribute to local charities. I attend these events every time. In addition, they have a good selection of books which they sell at half off the list price. You can pick up some great books at a reasonable price.

Loved this place, but was very disappointed with an interaction. Turned in a box of books that my husband and I read for credit. The two ladies said it will take a couple hours for them to assess and they will call to let us know how much store credit we would get. Got a call later on the evening that it was going to be about $180. I was very excited to use the credit on some new books to love on. Went to go pick some books and when it was time to "pay". They couldn't find anything under my phone number or my husband's phone number. And since there wasn't anything in the system. We lost our on all that money and book exchange got a bunch of free books out of us.

Located in Wards Corner, we'll stocked with books, videos, games etc. sitting area to relax. Videos like new condition, discounts for multiple purchases, military discount only to active duty falls way short for veterans who have walked in the valley

What a great place to look for media, they have a large selection of books and DVD's as well as comics and other media. The staff there are VERY friendly and helpfull when it comes to finding a specific title. They give great credit for trade ins and dont ask an arm and a leg for their used merch. Well worth taking a look for yourself.
