They are almost completely reorganizing the store. Sure it maybe an upgrade, but I couldn’t find things they have had there for years… One of the staff walked by with a ‘It’s Iike a scavanger hunt.’ Well, I may go scavanger hunting somewhere else when my current membership expires. Few employees and no one to redirect anyone. To top it off I bought a pack of hamsteaks, didn’t realize the mesh bag was open.. and there were only two. The supervisor said she thought that was correct, but my wife remembers three. Definitely not impressed with customer service.

An associate named Aaron who was stocking went and helped me look for an item plus grabbed me a cart from up front! He went above and beyond. Thank you ??

Some members of management should learn how to conduct themselves in a more professional manner. Clean hair, clean professional vest, not one that looks like it just came out to of the trash, and how a certain member of the management team speaks with customers needs to be addressed. Once a pleasant shopping experience has turned into a less than pleasant experience. James, a management member should go back to training on how to not only treat customers, but also his fellow employees. I am now finding myself going to other clubs in other cities to avoid the very unpleasant club experience that this one has become. James also nearly damaging company equipment in front of customers and having a clear and rude demeanor should be addressed.

We are long time customers on BJs, lately I have notice the cashiers are rude, today a cashier literally yelled at my wife for asking a question, these behavior is unacceptable and should eve allowed. It was a obvious these person didn’t want to be at work, the couple in front of us received a bad treat meant as well. BJs leadership should keep in mind, customer service is a priority,the poor interaction with customers should be addressed.
