They make no money on these state required inspections so most fraudulently per the state police fail people and try to force them into repairs that are not needed and try to bully them …. Call the police let them show them what’s wrong
Definitely need oversight here
These should not be done at service stations as it’s too easy to bully or commit fraud and lie to people to force them into not needed repairs

I have been an LOYAL customer for this business. I went to get an inspection this month. Waited 3 hours inside of the location for them to lose my key fob to my car !!! Then when I addressed the issues the RECEPTIONIST lady was so rude !!! I’ve been a customer longer than she has worked there & she treated me as if I was some crazy lady that lost her own key fob. I’m so disappointed in the way the matter was handled and treated. I’m not saying someone took it but it couldn’t have been dropped during the process. She swore she looked around but I KNOW she didn’t, which is why I decided to look around the shop myself. On top of that I was charged $40 to reposition ONE headlight bulb. I will never be supporting this business again !

This place has
discrimination.
I am disabled I came to get air in my tires. I was
told to do it myself and that was their policy. I could not believe it.! I will not visit this place ever again and I will spread the word disgrace to everyone!! BEWARE

Picking up car after having alternator replaced I received a list of repairs failed inspection! I asked them to look over the car! Miss communication! Ask to put my sticker back on because I still had a month on it, he said can't do that it's in the trash estimate on fixing to pass inspection was 2500.00 took to my usually go asking for inspection, i1 thing I had to take plastic off window visual driving obstacle. Cost 00000

State inspection was quick and painless. Didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. They do offer military discount but I didn’t ask because I don’t believe you can use it for the state inspections.

Took my car in for an inspection. Well I knew it would not pass because of my suspension and cracked brake light which I planned on repairing myself. when I got the car back entire brake light outer casing was missing and my left blinker light outer casing was missing. Also car ran horribly. NEVER AGAIN!!!! You were warned!!!!
