Super thankful for the district manager (Charles) and an incredibly talented mechanic (Elvin from Big Al’s on East Little Creek Road). Initially frustrated from a not so great customer service experience, they both were extremely helpful and made me feel confident enough to continue bringing our family car to Big Al’s. Believe it or not it only took a little communication. As soon as Charles and Elvin explained to me the issue that was going on with my car, I felt extremely grateful. They were able to communicate things to me in a non demeaning manor and I appreciated that tremendously (because previous individuals were not able to do so). All in all, I’m thankful that my car is riding better than ever, and I will be requesting Elvin again in the future.

Arrived at 3pm. Car was quickly put into the shop and tires removed and brakes inspected. Received feedback from mechanic and an estimate from the desk clerk. Work was quickly done after parts arrived from a delivery driver. Outstanding service.

In septembar my son and I were leaving an air show driving back to richmond, virginia. My radiator blew. These guys let me in close to closing. Diagnose the issue. Had it repaired the next business day. The pricing was fair and the workmanship was good.

They saved us a lot of money and are honest! We were told by Firestone our front breaks had failed the inspection and needed to be replaced. we had our card in hand ready to pay Big Al's cheaper price for the job, and they wouldn't do it, saying our breaks were practically new. Instead, they helped us advocate for ourselves. And we ended up passing the inspection without any more money spent. They have our business!Service: General repairs & maintenance
