I needed brake service on my Tahoe. Called in the morning inquiring about having my vehicle towed to Big Al's. Initially I was told I could have it towed there but it might not be serviced until the next day. Had it towed there with that in mind. However, I was called back shortly after dropping my vehicle off and was told they had already looked at my vehicle and told me what the issues were and I agreed to have the work done. I had my truck back by the end of the day. Reasonable price. I have nothing to complain about. I will be returning for any future work on my vehicle. This was my first experience with this establishment.

Great experience! Needed a/c serviced and they were able to accommodate me same day. Great price as well. Only complaint waiting area is not as nice as the Military Hwy location. A/C did not appear to work inside the building.

Few good fellas there, C. Sconiers, Scott Rains thank you, just left there and was advised about every problem I discovered they fixed the hub assembly I came in for and as soon as I got the brackets for my brake pads the rattling stop, so all out great experience, also this was my third or fourth time having work done, my grandmother use to have her cars done with Scott Rains in the 2000’s, still that same great service today. ? ?
