We went to Benjamin Moore for some paint to touch up some spots on our house. The old owners didn’t leave a can, so we had no idea what they used, nor did we have a good sample. The staff was so nice and we asked them to give it a shot based on the thin, poor quality sample that we could get. They did an amazing job and it looks almost perfect. We really appreciate their willingness to help us, even though we couldn’t provide what is typically required for a solid color match.

Disappointed at Benjamin Moore customer service. Over the years I’ve shopped here while doing certain projects at work and home but my most recent experience was disgusting and I’ll never spend another dollar. Not sure is MacKenzie was having a bad day and should’ve called out of work or she’s just flat out RACIST but all negative energy was thrown my way. Starting with entering with no greeting, being ignored while a waited at the checkout counter for an extended amount of time to finally the attitude she gave during our transaction which involved the items I purchased being price differently than the advertised priced and her expressing ‘I don’t make the prices bro’Needless to say I won’t return.But I’m sharing experience. Treat people like they matter. Black, white, green!!!!

I contracted someone to paint the interior of my home and the contractor told me to go to Benjamin Moore to get paint samples and pick my colors. I am so glad they did! The folks at this store were incredibly helpful--from letting me take a fan deck home, to spending time talking to me about different shades of beige, I could not have asked for better service. I am recommending them to all of my friends who are new homeowners. I had a fabulous experience and they made the process of picking paint colors smooth and accurate!

Bad experience. Walked in the store this morning with a PPG paint that my client a doctor's office on 21st Street said that she purchased at the Benjamin Moore store and the guy turned me away so he didn't carry that paint. All it was asking for him to do was to mix the paint so I could touch up.
-was rude and aggressive first thing off the bat.
-walk over to the folks at Sherwin Williams not two minutes later and they were very happy to accommodate mixing the paint for me. This was a new paint can just opened and it's settled about a month and I needed to remix it to touch up.
-my suggestion is pass on Benjamin Moore go to Sherwin-Williams. Much better customer service and workers.!!
