Banking was great when this was BB&T/Suntrust but ever since Truist has taken over it has become unbearable. No matter what day or time, inside or drive through the wait is absolutely ridiculous. It should not take 30 minutes to make a basic deposit or withdrawal with only one or two people in line. They closed so many locations that they can’t appropriately serve their clients and the ones that remained open are understaffed. Seriously considering switching banks.

I have been banking at this branch for almost 30 years. Many of the staff here are friendly and helpful. Some of them treat you like family. But, due to bank policy, that vibe is slowly changing. Some of the bank policies treat you as if you were a thief. Even when you were depositing to your own account.

When you call the bank no one answers. Dialled again to leave a message and did not get a return call.Poor customer service.

Waited for 45 mins to talk to branch leader ( lead what ) never happened and on top of it left my number never got a phone call back. And on top of it I left my number with another associate 2 days prior without a call back and left voicemails , zero call.Too busy to talk and answer simple questions and all other employees don’t know anything or don’t care.

Although only one lane was open, the service was excellent, the lady who served me was professional and kind with some amazing glasses. I had no issues depositing cash without a slip or envelope like others stated.

This location is always short staffed expect a 30 min wait even if there's only 1 customer ahead of you.The tellers are disrespectful they talk when you're talking they speak right over you which is rude!! Skip this location and the manager Erica want do nothing about it when you share you Unpleasant experience. I would give zero stars if I could Apparently corporate does not read these reviews shame on you!

If you don't have a deposit slip for Cash, they refuse to do it, so why don't they add more deposit slips to your desk? The service is very, very slow at this branch

After waiting for 30 minutes, i asked the teller where the person i talked to last time was, she said she went to lunch. So i waited again. After another 30 minutes, i asked another employee again, she said the rep is on vacation and will be back Monday. Too much stress and aggravation. So i left and went to another bank and found out a lot of inconsistencies and misleading informations about my credit card. They promised to do something and didn't comply. I decided to close my account.

Went to this branch to mak a deposit and get a title notarized. There were 5 emplyees in the branch and 14 customers in line for the single teller, 4 more waiting for an officer. One teller was working the drive thru (9 vehicles waiting), the ' branch leader' was doing something on his computer and oblivious to the customers. Three customers left before completing their transactions and after 45 minutes standing in line, I also left. Not only will.I never use this branch again, I am looking for a new bank.
