Since joining with SunTrust to form TRUIST, this bank has brought customer service to a new low. Their ONLY ATM accessible outside business hours is a drive through, and if it is out of money, you are out of luck. We tried to get money on Friday evening and the ATM was out of cash. Utterly predictable that people might want cash before the long labor day weekend - but this branch couldn't care less to restock. On Monday afternoon, the ATM was not only still out of cash, but had stopped working entirely. They couldn't bother to pay someone maybe 2 hours of overtime to make sure there would be enough cash for the weekend?

Worst bank I've ever had. Always closing randomly for " things out of our control" Customer service from another country barely underStand what your trying to relay. Non stop problems with their debit cards constantly being flagged for fraud while making simple payments. Temporary debit cards removed from my account only days after getting them making my money inaccessible while I wait on a new card. Which " will arrive in 3-5 business days" but I has been 10+ days and no card. All around just terrible at being efficient and easy to use

The costumer service there is horrible. My experience talking to one of the clerks wasn’t that bad but I can’t say the same thing for the other costumer besides me. One of the clerks was yelling at a costumer because he couldn’t understand what she was saying. The costumer didn’t know what the word “withdrawal” meant and he asked the clerk but she started getting an attitude.

Wow... BBT has some nerve... I've filed for fraud on my account and they denied it both times and refused to open the fraud case up again even with a letter of admission from the culprit who did it while they are in jail.... I had 1250$ of overdraft fees racked up from this person I knew who stole my card... BBT called me today and listened to me again and asked me if I wanted to do a payment plan to pay off the overdraft fees done by this MOFO "who Admitted to the crime of theft on me " I WAS LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME???? You are asking me... the victim of a crime the culprit admitted to doing to me and you want me to give you more money for the overdraft fees done by a criminal!? BBT is nuts, they allready took 1000$ from me that went to the overdraft fees I had no knowledge were there. I know this is airing laundry, I just want a public horrible review of that bank "BBT"
