I haven't been shopping at this store in a few yrs before Covid-19 pandemic actually MacArthur Mall in general. The Mall has closed down plenty of stores but online shopping is cool. This Bath and Body works is still stocked with the newest and old faves of mine plus plenty of new products that smell great especially the candles. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Clean store, well stocked, attractive displays. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately not many shoppers. Usual deals across all locations.

I love this store, I find everything that my beautiful wife absolutely loves, and the deals are unbeatable. Every time I come home with gifts from Bath & Body Works , it brings that smile to her face....that I love to see.

Disrespectful and rude workers, and was not helped. Asked a question and was treated like I was stupid. Wanted to purchase things but decided not to because of the poor treatment. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I give it a 0/5 star. Go to a different location if possible.
