Some of those bank tellers need to fix their attitude. Especially the black lady with glasses. If you don’t like your job dealing with the public which your are getting for, then find another job.

Von, Ursula and Diane are the salt of the earth, literal cream of the crop. I’m so glad I visited this branch, they got all my questions and concerns cleared right up with smiles on their faces. I was very happy to see that finally SOMEONE at this God forsaken bank actually cares.

So unhelpful. Couldn't tell me the problem directly. Had to play coy and make me wait for thirty f****** minutes only to not be able to deposit my check. Don't wanna ever come back if I have to. Would rather drive to another location

I tried to get a check cashed here. The teller told me it was over the cashing limit so they would have to order the money. I asked to talk to the manager. When she was free I asked to speak to her privately; because for me it was a sensitive issue. She said no because there were customers with accounts waiting; okay so I don't have an account. I could have been a potential account holder though. Nevermind that, it made me feel unwelcomed and as though I wasn't worth their time. I was told by my close family member that they legally had to cash the check since it was through them. I don't know whether or not that's true. The teller did her job, the manager did her job and according to policy. The way the manager apathetically treated me though just made me feel even worse when I left than when I was already walking in as.
